Almost impossible to find charge points on map. I'm pay-as-you-go. Both app and charge point told me car was charging. I came back half an hour later to find no charge added to car. Only once I disconnected from charge point did I get an email saying I had insufficient funds. Would have been nice to have been told this at start of charging rather than being told car was charging for half an hour when it wasn't!!!!

Distances described in miles and feet only as far as I can tell. The Send Us Feedback button on the About screen doesn't work. The app does display nearby chargers and I assume the details are accurate but I have not tested that. Why do I need a card sent to me in this day and age? Why not rely on the phone only and provide the option of a card as a fallback?

Service not reliable to charge subscription!!!! Signed up just over a month. The local station has gone down twice. The 1st time it showed as offline and was fixed the next day. Good! This time its down for 3 days, no investigation has even started yet. The station still shows as available on the APP, and gets disconnected aftet a few sec with error message "Vehicle Problem!!! DTC 4107". Called the support team, i was the told its the station problem, not my vehicle. How misleading!!!!

The application does not show real situation. A car could be connected by cable to changer without charging, but the application shows point as available. A place for charging could be taken by some car, but the application shows point as available. In some cases the application had shown non correct information. If you travel, count last kilometres to charching point, you cannot relay on the application.Charging point must be equipped with sensors and provide information if a place takes or free

Like others are saying, this app is deffo not "real time". Example, if a station is offline, it takes about a day to show up as offline in the map. I called the guys and asked directly if they could see the station was offline, they can't. They rely on people calling in. So why not allow people to mark the station offline via the app like many other apps do? Very little functionality in the app so far. Needs a lot of development. You should use user feedback as users are really the best source.

Like many others who reviewed this I can't get it to work. Went through the registration process to the point where it took a payment from my card but no next step from there. When I try to log in again tells me my credentials are incorrect which they are not. Tried twice now same result each time.

I have used this app for about a year now and though it's a bit clunky it works ok. Recently however it is displaying chargers that are available that aren't and ones that aren't available that are, very frustrating

Just installed the app. I Can't get beyond the screen where you select your make/model car, the drop down menus don't work, nothing drops down. Any other app/website that I enter a car reg it is able to bring up the make/model easily, but not this app. I can't register because of these issues, so I'll uninstall the app.

This is an awful, awful awful app. 😞 I'm paying a monthly subscription for a service that is more than mediocre. Charging stations can't be found by the app even when plugged in so it takes an age to start the charge. When finished charging, I can't stop the charge so literally can't leave as the charger remains locked in the charger. I have to ring the helpline EVERY time to get disconnected from slow chargers, or hit the emergency stop button on fast chargers. It's sooo soooo stressful.

You can't trust on it. Very often it's inaccurate about the situation/availability of charging points. Right now I had a problem to use a fast charger, the app didn't display that the charging point was out of service, I had nearly no battery. When I rang USB the attendant told me that I should check before even after I said that I had checked the app... So honestly, be prepared... Hope they start to charge for us to use, hopefully it's going to improve the service...

I have downloaded this app several times and it does not work passed the payment page. Its tells me that my payment is successfull and then says failed try again. I have explained this to the esb helpline and they tell me that there is no app issues. What a waste of my time calling them every time I need to charge my car in Dublin City. Might as well just pay for the expensive parking!!!

Excellent customer service. Couldn't activate my card but an agent contacted me the next day to help me resolve the issue. The app took me straight to a charge point in Portrush, no problem. Happy so far.

Very low functionality. Can't differentiate between a 50kw or 150kw charger. When you click on a charger can take ages to load it. Then if you reverse out same issue. Could do far better. Network itself though has dramatically improved, the app is where it falls down.

This app is full of bugs, can't login as it claims account is not activated and when finally I am able to get activation code, it says account is already activated. Really bad and frustrating user experience!

slow update: its evolved, you're supposed to be able to register now via the app. well you have to wonder about their grasp of English and the level of testing ... its brings you to a point where whether you have a car yet or not you MUST register a vehicle. then it can't access their own database, but you cant enter details free-form either I have now given up...

At least the previous map told you where there were vacancies, and if a point was unavailable on arrival you could check to see when it became vacant. I wonder how much of our money was spent paying an "expert" to develop this very inferior system. One point I use (when possible) is at Clonakilty. This was completely out of commission for a long time and has now been replaced by a newer model. It might be fixed now but for at least six weeks you could plug into the A outlet, the light would go blue and you would walk away happy and not notice that a short while later it would turn red and stop charging! I am hesitating to record my credit card number as I have little faith in the technology of this company!!

New version does not allow you to refresh is more difficult to use and starts showing you a useless national overview , please use some basic use case design consideration when you build this stuff . This could be made so much more useful with notification when chargers become available etc

Could not report charger problem from app on Pixel 2 phone as app said "must leave description" even though description is filled in. Also a charger session was started without my permission in some faraway town and there was no way to stop it from app even though I was account holder. Also overstay fee is not listed in charge history. Also app only seems to work on my 4G internet connection, not wifi, compared to website works with both. Etc

Shocking app. When you go to pay my bank wants to know my OTP code sent to messages when you go to get the code and come back to the app all the information has disappeared. The endless cycle then starts and you end up headbutting the wall in frustration.

This is without doubt the most appalling effort at an app I have ever seen. Recently my company had a group of 15 year olds in for 4 days for transition year. On day 3 they produced an app that would put this development effort to shame. This is, to app design, what the Lifestyle sports" logo is to logo design (Google it)....my phone feels dirty after having it installed...

The iOS version of this app wasn't too bad, but here, it's EXTREMELY slow to load, my screen goes off before it lets me sees the charge points, that's with full bar 4G reception.

Brutal....after working fine for the past few years the app suddenly won't let me log in. Contacted support but they couldn't fix it and have basically told me that they'll contact me if they get a fix....bit of a joke really

It will bi nice if the app could connect to Google maps, or at list I will be able to copy the address of charging point. Sometimes is not easy to find a charger

Awful. Even worse than the AIB app and that takes some doing. Registration dead-ends once they get your euro, with the only option being to go back and give them another. My phone feels dirty.

Very reliable. Has the odd glitch, but customer support is very good to help. Would still recommend!
