Usability can be widely improved. 1. star by allowing adding a card picture to associate with any added card 2. Pairing process should be as easy and simple take record of the previous card and sync. Did not work on several of my older phones 3. Card reading instructions are confuse and card reader does not work well

Whenever you login and synchronize with your eCard, the app suddenly crashes. Fuze card already has enough issues as it is but this makes it out to be unreliable and useless. I hope the can fix this issue ASAP to regain my 3 star feedback.

Original backer. Was cool when it worked but since mine stopped, I reached out to customer service and got nowhere. They don't even reply after doing what they requested I do and make a video of what happens. Cool idea but don't waste money on his especially with their horrible support.

Tried to signup. Didn't get the verification email (looked everywhere including SPAM). Now can't login or re-signup. Been chasing the support team for a few days now. One time they disconnected in the middle of a conversation.

Great, but could be better. They need the chip to make this a perfect solution for condensing wallet clutter and shine small improvements for library cards weird barcode system.

Cant seem to get this to work! It just keeps saying to register card even after I registered it! Also the app shows its connected to the card but the card says its not connected to the app!! very DISAPPOINTING!!

Gave 1 star so I could complain. Absolute waste. I have tried installing several times and it never finished. I uninstalled, reinstalled, it asked for all permissions, I said yes, hit next and it says can't go further without all permissions. A complete waste of money.

Won't sync with card keeps crashing. Unable to use or access any of my 15 cards. Can't wipe the card either. If I send it back I now risk fraudulent use of my cards. 0/10 stars for a product that is defective to the point of no use.

Sent them a fee emails for tech support with NO RESPONSE I bought the unit in order to use my virtual cards there is no way to do it. They do not have a phone number for tech support. It is definitely not worth the money

I'm a backer of this project, they've totally let down all backers. The fuse card is almost 2 years old and they have yet to come out with a chip card. Another failed project with lots of promises, no real delivery. 85-90% of the places I try to use my fuze card, it doesn't work. Completely useless.

Suddenly asked for an account (I don't have one and I don't want one! It worked great before!) and now it can no longer be started anyway, immediately crashes.

The app immidiately crashes or gives back "process has been failed" error. iOS app works. What is wrong with you people? It's buggy enough as it is

Good app. Installed on note9 pie OS. No issues. Make sure your card is charged before trying anything. Update, Register, start adding cards!

Would be nice if we could just input the card number for the cards we have with worn out magstripes. Syncing and signing in are kinda' error prone. I'm logged out frequently.

I wonder why the app has the access to the whole features. 🎤. Camera. Storage. And everything! I advice anyone do not install this app! It must be harmful and C&C.

I barely received my card a few hours ago it seems simple u need this app for set up but from what I heard it's great but pricey but I need extra room in my wallet so here I go about to set it up thanks to the FUZE TEAM

There's a bug and it makes the app completely useless I had to use my wife's apple device to set up my card in the mean time please update it soon

Now my eCARD doesn't work after the update and I cannot get Any tech support. Piece of garbage.

Keep crashed all the time. Can't delete old card and update with new. 1 star until be fixed.

Total scam, false advertising showed EMV chip yet actual card has no such chip. And if the card is worthless then so is the app.

Please fix the app ASAP. it says permit all even after giving access to all required permissions and not proceeding further.

Would be great if I can see which banks of my country are supported, before buying the card itself.

I just bought and I regret the purchase. I can't register any cards and I can't find any other way to register.

The apps crashes immidatelly after registration... Card useless...

Even when my mobile is far away I can use the eCard. I setup the APP to work only if eCard is connected to the mobile.

worst thing ever , my package comes in the mail today and upon registering it says the card was linked to an other account and is asking me for a passcode I dont even know what to do, mind you the package was delivered today how is this possible.

ever since the update i wasnt able to put any cards on it

My card reader dongle isn't reading any of my cards. What do I do ? Can I just buy any card reader dongle ??
