Overall, I'm really happy that I used this & got the prescription that I needed quickly & easily & didn't behave to wait in an office. AND didn't have to potentially expose myself to coronavirus in a waiting room!😃 However, something was weird w the app & practitioner couldn't see us. We could see her & we we able to talk through it, fortunately. Also, why is there such a limited list of insurances to choose from? I have private Cigna insurance but my type wasn't listed so I just had to pay. 😒
horrible app. attempted 5 times to reset my password, with the app stating an email had been sent with new password yet no email recieved. finally had to gooele customer service to call for technical help on resetting password. Customer service was very helpful and reset my password, however when I tried logging in with a new password the app was shut down and not working. Very frustrating when you're already feeling sick.
Horrible tech support! Keeps dropping my insurance info and it takes several days to resolve the issue. In the meantime, I cannot use existing functionality.
App won't even open. It just hangs on the landing page. Also I don't know if the app shows providers based on my location but there are only nurse practitioners available. Sorry but nurse practitioners are not doctors and should not be allowed to practice medicine. I've been misdiagnosed by NPs several times in the past.
App is garbage, I have blue cross insurance which Florida Hospital accepts at any walk in clinic, well this app only allows you to pick Aetna, Disney or Florida Hospital insurance.. Also, there was on one doctor to choose from and I have to wait 2 days for a appointment. Waste!
It's not letting me install like it's suppose too. It keeps making me register every time I log in. I don't like the way it is. It needs to be fixed.
The connection was poor and didn't have a chance to speak to provider but it charged my account
App would not stay open so I can follow through with the whole visit

I downloaded this app because I am sick. The visit was excellent and convenient. That is where it ended my card was charged my scripts weren't at the pharmacy and this app doesn't even have my onfo ..So it was like I was never seen! My email doesn't even exist in the system!
Tried to use app, did not have my pharmacy publix, called help line, they added pharmacy, now there is no providers for 2 hours..disappointing
I downloaded the App, followed directions, saw an RH in minutes, had my script sent digitally, was ready in 30 minutes. Well worth the 25 bucks. No gas, no driving to my Primary. Score
Just what I needed. Had the appointment in the parking lot of my pharmacy and when finished I walked in to pick up my prescription. No wait and only 1 mile from my house!
Only works if you dont need a same day appointment

Unable to use anymore after joining AHS Corp. Please add Adventist Corp Insurance (Aetna).
Works great, used it just today. A couple things though. The prescription that was written for me was not covered on my insurance which I found odd, I was able to pay of of pocket at least. Shouldn't my prescription coverage come up as my provider enters the order? Also, I didn't receive any kind of confirmation that the pharmacy I chose received the order. Not sure if that was something in the app or maybe cvs didn't have my information. Still very happy with it!
Tried since I couldn't see my physician till the next day. Within 30 minutes had my video consultation and prescription was ready at my pharmacy. It allowed me to get started on antibiotics right away and be able to get back to work.

The app flat out does not work. You're better off just getting on a computer to use ecare
Really convenient with some really annoying issues. The eUrgent Care option is great! I was able to send a pic and get a script in less than 10 min. However, the doctor and I couldn't see each other so she ended up calling me for the exam. Also annoying is that after I signed up in the app, I immediately got 16 different texts from 16 different numbers all thanking me for enrolling, and the app says that my closest urgent care location is 989 miles away despite it having my correct location.
