Such a bad experience with Panasonic. My TV having black spots. Everytime I put a service request on this app, it get cancelled after few days without any technician visit. Finally I called them over phone and they came and checked it. After few day i got message that the problem solved. But it's still the same. Now my warrenty period is over and they are saying I have to put a new complain and have to pay as i don't buy AMC.

Pathetic app. Needs lots of improvement. Even if the service requests that get raised I do not receive any sms regarding the technician and sr details. Meanwhile the service request filters do not show the past closed requsts, and neither the new requests.

I have need raising AC repair request from last one year for water leakage. My tickets are closed without any technician visit. The 2 technicians who did visit last year were not able to fix the issue and even worsen it. I am really disappointed with Panasonic and mainly it's service. Today also my request was cancelled with comments" product is good". I will never ever buy any product from you guys and recommend same on social media as well on every platform.

Worst experience with renowned brand like Panasonic. We bought split ac on July 2021 , since then it is not working properly , not even for a day. Everytime I face issue like gas leakage and it is not even cooling . I asked for repair 4 times since I bought it technician come refill gas and gone not even looking for root of problem. Service is really 👎 bad.

The app needs improvement, I have a registered AC device and wanted to book service for it. The option for "Select service type" says "Select brand" and nothing else. When I'm clicking on my registered device and then booking a service shouldn't this be automatically detected?, moreover there's no option to select brand or anything there but it won't let you proceed without entering brand. Please fix this minor bug.

Worst customer care, there are no technicians to install 2 new panasonic AC for the past 5days. The Panasonic customer service centre's doesn't respond at all. Very, very bad, worst customer care I had ever experienced. If you buy a product you may have to wait, how long I don't know. Waste of time, money and energy, no use having the product in box. Please don't go for Panasonic AC , there are no technicians in Chennai to install new Ac. Very bad experience for 4days. Still no response them.

app is ok but for professional Company like Panasonic i would advice they made this Ecare App inside their MirAi app instead of making 2 seperate apps. Mirai App is minimalistic but this app is bit bloated and having to jump seperate apps for 1 brand is bit hassle. not that this type of seperation is bad but its still hassle. update review 2022- Service request has a bug, keeps telling me to "Please Select Brand", but i dont see no brand that i can select.

Didn't expect Poor service from Panasonic. I bought panasonic AC and raise request for installation of AC, but my request is shown as completed by engineer without any technician visit & installation. I contacted with service centre , they raise the req again & again req get closed with the same issue. I am not gonna buy panasonic product anymore.

Panasonic after sales service is absolute pathetic. I had a worst kind of experience. For repairs on my outdoor unit took 18 days. Parts not available, Their Thane authorized service centre Technomac Services is another worst company with no transparency in their dealings. Anyways had to wait patiently to get the required part and after 18 days AC got going. Very very poor after sales service by panasonic.

Installed the app to book installation of an AC which was delivered yesterday, there is no other way to contact the company, emails aren't responded to, now if i start the app it's just frozen on the start screen, so now im stuck with a new ac and no way of having it installed. Very poor app, even the model number isn't even supported in the app. Horrendous app and appalling customer service via Panasonic/Sanyo. Seems I'll need to install the air conditioner myself.

I am able to log in, but all my previoisly registered appliances info is missing. When I try to open any link, it goes to a Consent message screen where I have the option to Continue or Opt Out. Whether I click Opt out or Continue, nothing happens, and the Consent message remains on screen. So, the app is completely useless

The problem with this app is its name in the phone: just eCareWiz. This may sound dumb but this is important, particularly for people who are old. Months after installing, when an issue with an appliance turned up, I searched Panasonic in the phone and it just wouldn't show. I called the customer service and raised the ticket and then they gave the link to the app, and I realised that I already have it on my phone already. eCareWiz is not a frequent name to remember if used only few times.

Haven't seen 3rd class app like this. 1st time when I went to purchase AMC from this app, payment etc debited but neither got any confirmation or any detail updated regarding payment or AMC on the app. I waited for 1 month then wrote email to the company then, my issue got resolved. Now I'm trying to open the app for more than 4 consecutive days, but not getting the OTP on my registered or any other mobile no I'm trying to enter thus not able to use AMC for the purpose it was purchased!

Ordered a washing machine trolley through the App on 15th of September 2021. Today it is 29th September and I haven't received the product yet. Whenever I try contacting their support(toll free) they says they can't do anything for an order placed through the app. I tried writing several emails including their highest escalation contact mentioned in the app. No response. Please don't use this app to purchase anything. I am a new customer to Panasonic product and I think it was wrong decision.

this is a pretty good app. was actually excited going through it. I ended up not renewing my warranty but I just want to emphasize that this is probably the best "customer service" app anyone has made. it's been quite some time I've opened the app Store and bothered reviewing/rating anything. Kudos to the team 👍

Dear Panasonic team, App experience has been less than average. I have bought two panasonic appliances in the last fortnight. A Single-Line 2.4GHz KX-TG3712SXB Digital Cordless Telephone and a Panasonic Split AC CS-KU18WKYTF. Firstly, while adding "My Appliances", your App just won't show me the product cordless telephone in the drop down menus and secondly, won't allow me to upload Invoice of my AC (The app would just show that it is uploading the documents but just hangs up).

Cheap marketing tactics I was using application and I mistakenly clicked on personalization services pop-up. Pop-up was made in a such way that people will mistakenly click on it. Giving three star for prompt response to the review and clarification.
