It is buggy, the scan doesn't work, the instructions aren't clearly communicated. There should be FAQ button and a simple way to write a message if I have a problem or to reach support.
Having an account on different EU plateforms for different subjects I thought that this would make everything easier. But on the contrary, I cannot connect to a number of platforms now and am losing a lot of time trying to fix issues that weren't there before. It's great fun.
The app was working great until I had to change my phone, and now it is impossible to link the new device to my account. I've tried everything and there seems to be no way to reset, or enter additional information, so that it works. It's absolutely frustrating.
Working well and the only issue I have is I don't receive the app notification or it came 10 min later after authentication. It would be nice to get a refresh button to check if there is an ongoing authentication process. Or let the QR code process validation with the phone fingerprint.
Works well. But I just encountered some difficulty when I attempted to register a new device: the link provided to obtain the QR no longer works. Please keep the link updated. Otherwise it is impossible to use the downloaded app.
I have both an eeas and eu account, which however need to different login to function. While I can access smoothly EEAS intranet, email and other services through the app., I cannot do the same for my EU account. It seems to me that the app is currently set up on my eeas account and is unable to accept my EU credentials. I have disintalled and reinstalled it but the problem is still there.
Works very fine. I had an issue with push, as I did not receive the push request to authenticate via the PIN with Huawey. Technical support got back to me straight away and pointed me to how to fix. Done. Happy, thanks!
Worst experience, I lost almost half a day due to the login issue. I entered all the details for the cv three times and at last when I tried to login in order to download the cv, got stuck there ( not receiving any mail for verification)
Hi all, the app is great but have one problem. I want to change the phone number and device for autentification. Make mistake to reset the current divice and now have error 5305 (for new and old divice) who can I fix my mess :)
Works fine for me, the biometric option is useful. It's not obvious/easy when reinstall on new phone with same SIM, but delete & add works, would be easier to just get a new QR code.
The whole systems with this double verification is made terrible. I do not know the developer but is is like a ..... Europe can do it better!
The app works well, but i have not yet realized its true usefulness, tanking into account that the password on the website is always necessary even when choosing authentication using the app (i.e. QR code). I don't see any particular improvement of using two steps (password + QR code), since is possible to continue login with the password only. Doesn't make sense to me adding other step to the login for nothing. Our am I looking wrong for this?
The link provided in the Initialize section doesn't work. Unable to use the app, and I actually don't want to use it at all. I don't need another app in my phone only to access the needed services.
How is it possible to have such a terrible user experience. I'm sitting here trying to link my phone to my account going to the URL provided to have no option than to go back to the my account page instead of being able to link a new device.
Works just fine. No error, no issue, I can now login with the 2 factor authentication in no time.
Stupide app not working. Always the same error 5305 when I try to scan the bar code. Can't access my work programme and this is extremely annoying.
All was fine until I had to change phones and could not log in anymore. Never loose/break your phone! No response at all from email support addresses. Is there a phone number to call for help?
Installation straight forward. Usage convenient. Used it for months & didn't have any issue so far. Would put 5 stars but colleagues have found it hard to get started. Maybe invest in user accessibility?
very good. as long as you have a EU Login account to sync with. without it you can't set it.
I initialize and am just brought back to the initial start page with no button to get to my projects or proposals. just the greyed out 'initialise', 'qr code' and 'settings'. I tried 3 times to reinitialise, but nothing coming out of it.
Useless, can't register a mobile number. Edit: obviously, I tried registering through web, on PC and mobile, same error " invalid mobile number". Once mobile finally, after 8 errors, registered, suddenly account blocked for 15 minutes...never received SMS
It does not work at all. Like others, I never get the app to link to my account. Both access with Yubi-tokens and SMS works fine, but this does not.
Registered via website, didn't received any email. If I try to register again it's showing email is already exist. If I trying to resend active email or other option it is showing email not exist.very strange
overcomplicated. instable. the notifications often do not arrive or so late that the verification does not work.
I link the app to my Europass user, the app confirms, but later only allows me the option of connecting with my user, as in the beginning
Doesnt work, I am supposed to get some notification on my phone after scanning QR code but it does not appear, tried several times, not working.
The 4 groups of 2 digits do not fit on one row. And on the client side, i.e. on the Web page, the entry of digits should also be separated by spaces
I lost my mobile and had to add a new mobile for 2factor authentication. I am now locked out of the account because i keep getting an error 5305 when I try to scan the QR code to add a new device.
This app is really abysmal. It gives an error when scanning the bar code, yet the error message cannot be read in the mobile device. I wonder, how many hours have collectively been wasted trying to figure out the mysterious faults of this app :(
