It's so good to be able to check my balance at a moment's notice. I love the fingerprint technology so i dont even need to take time inserting passwords. Its a real stress reliever.
I love the quick access via secure email box. I get responses within 24 hours. On the app information is clear and straightforward.
For some reason when you go to deposit checks, it will not take the picture correctly or claims that the endorsement is not on the back? It seems to be very glitchy and I've had to mail checks to deposit them.
Easily manage my money with ECCU. Easy to log in with biometrics! This app is simple enough to navigate and sophisticated enough to get the things done I need to.
Very thorough, accessible. They did a quality job with this app. Hopefully they continue to build out features and financial management and budgeting components

Requires an insane amount of space. Apparently you can only use it if you delete all other apps from your phone.

This bank is an excellent bank and they have a great app that is very easy to use. They are by far the best bank that I have ever used.
Wish the app gave more details about cashed checks, like an image of the check, so that I could find payments from certain individuals.

It's very easy to set up & move money between accounts and different banks. Plus, I love the fact that the bank is from a religious background. Especially today, when banks will silence you for being Conservative!! I switched to this bank because of of that reason.
This app can do everything the website can do, and it's wrapped in a app with a decent mobile app interface.

I cannot view the images of checks that were deposited via mobile banking nor can I view a full history of deposited checks. My history stops at about the previous 30 days. Maybe I'm missing a toggle feature, but it's quite frustrating.
