Old app is better than the update. Update is useless. There are loading and connection issues. Plese revert the update and give us old app if you cannot maintain the quality of the ap
Not user friendly. Difficult to trace a booking. Bad experience about this updated app. Every login it showing error messages. Better to choose alternative app such as Doc990. Seems like updated app became so advanced it makes all jammed. Very bad experience.
If you are in a hurry the app wont load definitely!! App is kind of sophisticated and not user friendly.Very often give error messages

The hell is this..can't get registered.showing a error messages saying password format is not valid even though i tried different ways.previous version worked way better and i coudn't use it without updating.now you all screwed this for good...nice job jack arses..
This new app is awful... really painful to use.. in fact i cant use it. Cant even search a doctor's name properly. The old app was way way better.. this one is a disaster !!! Was it even tested once before launch? Or did u guys accidently add an alpha release to the playstore? lol
Worse app ever, I prefer the previous version, not user friendly at all. It takes more than 10min to load sometimes never let me log in too.
Can not register as giving error as wrong password format. Also they don't have any previous records on my account. Everything seems wrong here

Keeps saying "invalid username or password" but when I type the same credentials on the website I can log in. Had no issues on the previous version
What is this ? Suddenly changed the platform and previous data is no longer available. Cant sign up also.
This app NEVER let's me log in. I ALWAYS get an error message even though my password and login information are correct. Very disappointed.

How many developers are in this country? Can't you find a good developer to develop this app? At least can't open the login page. Your service is very good but IT facilities are worse.

Very poor usability. While echannelling promise to show the running appointment number, the feature does not work. You have to key in the reference number and phone number every time you query. And every time you get the same response: "no session available". Uninstalling.

Couldn't open the app after updating... Getting too much time to open.
Dislike both the App and the service. There is system issues and the messages of doctor arrival and departure are not sent on time. Almost missed an emergency appointment because of it. Stopped using this service after that
Cant signup. It says network error, though my 4G is perfectly working for other apps.

After all the procedure to get an appointment with a specialist the by submitting my appointment and all information all of a sudden ( wed page bloke this page cannot be displayed plz contact administrators for additional information.) Plz don't get people's hopes up then you can deliver. I was really looking forward for an Audio appointment with my specialist. Plz can you fix it ... Thank you for your understanding.
worst app. does not work. When I insert correct information it always shows this error message only "Sorry! We could not find results for your search query. Please try again!" how can I use this app.
After your update, I have been forced to login with a token, which does not work properly, your online website does not open up too.I call the hospitals for an appointment and why am I forced for an appointment through echanneling only? You are supposed to make my life easy. What's wrong with you and your management. note:you should have more options where we could pay online, through card or pay later when you get to the hospital. NOT DEDUCT FROM MY PHONE LINE ONLY.
