junk! no instructions, downloaded app and it wants to be able to record audio and have access to my pictures and private files. It won't let you proceed without permission! It's going back to Amazon!
Got this hardware now, Download the app and ofcourse I don't have a account. I tried to register the account, problem is the app keeps asking me to gi e at least 6 character password and yet I give 8 or 10 or with special character yet it does not accept it? Agree, if the app request access to phone picture and sound, it sounds very suspicious yet I have not come that far yet!
TRASH. App does not work. I purchased the lock thinking this would be good for travel. Nope, don't waste your time...deleting and trashing the locator device, it is useless.
For those who were unable to register on Android due to the bug with "over 6 characters for the password", as a workaround - the first time use an iOS-device to make the registration - it works without issues on iOS, and then login on Android and continue using it on Android.
App is absolutely useless. It keeps saying the verification code is wrong, and when I try to log in with Facebook, it crashes. Terrible app, absolutely useless.
App won't even start if you don't give it permission to record audio or access files on your device. Why would it need these permissions??
Randomly goes off even when the phone and keys are within inches of each other. App needs to be on all the time and wears down my battery. If I turn my phone off, I have to turn off the tag, too. Uninstalled and threw out the tag. Too bad.
Useless. App constantly says tag disconnected, option to connect tag not working, says tag turned off but then gives option to turn off tag which also does nothing. QR code on box tag came in leads to a non-existent website
I can't even get it to send me a registration code. It's been over 30 minutes since the first time I tried and still no email. Not a promising start. Developer website is down too. Useless.
Even though my password is over 6 characters in length, it's not allowing me to create a password. Needs some serious updating. How am I even supposed to get my tag to locate if I cannot register it!!
Got it paired and closed the app. Before I could test the device it made my phone go off for 5 mins straight. The app was closed and only uninstalling the app stopped the jingle. Terrible
worked flawlessly for me, there is a 30 second timer after you request the verification code to enter it, that might be the problem some people. be sure to have your email open and ready
Randomly starts the alert even though both gadget and phone is in the same pocket, terrible ui, hard to navigate. Thinking about throwing this gadget to trashbin
Couldn't even get my email address registered as the app says password must be 6 digits. My password is 6 digits. Can't use it if I can't even register on the app
why does this app need access to my files pictures and contacts and need access to record voice? it's a locator!!! what kind of spy ware is this?
Terrible, you can't enter the verification code. You try to go through Facebook and the app closes!
Fix your app!!! Can't register because the dumb app doesn't know how to count 6 characters or more for the password.
Waste of time and money. Alerts are constant even when next to the tag. Distance away is totally inaccurate too
Won't send verification email to even set it up.. why would you even need that anyway.. my light bulbs don't need a email.. seems scam like

Flawed Software or Hardware, either way it's not great at what it's supposed to do. Can easily set up a tag but when I relaunch the app it tells me tag is disconnected, despite it being at most 6ft away from the phone. Are you really supposed to keep this open 24/7? I'll be deleting it soon and taking the fob off my keys unless I can cone to a working relationship with this ecosystem.
