Cant even play black screen should of read the reviews before installing. Not happy would like a refund but doubt thats going to happen. Love big fish games but this isnt the 1st game to do this 😔 and never received a refund for the other games. Please dont waste ya time load of rubbish.

same as the other comments just a black screen on my tablet. I'm sure the game would have been as enjoyable as the other Big Fish games I've played but this is a annoying

Same as most it looks like... paid for the app and get nothing but a black screen. This is probably the 5th app now that this has happened to me that I've gotten from Big Fish.

This game will not start on my sony experia xz2 ! I have tried uninstalling and re-installing several times as i really want to play it! Please advise on what to do.

Its the same as the others. I thought it would have been fixed. Wish it worked though. Played it before and it was really fun

i paid for and downloaded the game but it doeant even open on my phone. have emailed askong for help if theu help ill change this as it looks like a good game.

While I was trying to disable the clicking noises, the music would disappear too. After a few attempts to fix this the save file became corrupted and I had to start over. The game controls can get pretty frustrating too. My scrolling is constantly misinterpreted as clicking and I'm penalized for it. I often have to tap at the same area repeatedly for it to register also. Interesting premise but these setbacks detract from the game experience.

Pretty good. The HOPs and puzzles were well balanced, both in difficulty level and quantity. The story was decent. Just wish the game was a little longer and/or had bonus content. I also had some problems with the sound, though I'm not sure if that was my phone or the game. (But to be honest, hearing the actors' voices in the parts that I did get, I'm probably better off not hearing the sound....super corny LOL)

I'm stuck in the kitchen with the cook. No map and poor guidance of what to do next or where to go throughout the game. I'm doing a lot of stumbling around, causing a lot of mishaps. The HINT mirror is vague on its hints. Good concept, but more player guidance and better hints isvneeded. Sorry, but not all players have a 150 IQ or higher.

I want a refund it will not open or play I love big fish games on computer but this is a lesson learned for mobile devices it doesn't work I want my money refunded. I have a Motorola turbomax and it just keeps going to black screen then freezing my phone it doesn't even let me play how can I pay for a game I can't play I want a refund

im stuck in kitchen there is no way out the oven is hot and i cant move the barrel and i cant go back! ! any one help me! is this som kind of bug i tried so many time fix it or give me my money back, ,,,,,, i did reset the game and also stuck in the kitchen! ! give me my money back,,,,, i check the walkthrough and it said pick up the paker in kitchen and move the barrel several times the problem here is there is no baker!!! and when i click on barrel the game freeze and closed!! wht the hell is that! !! i reset for the third times and waiting for you to fix it or update it or i want my money back plz, ,,,,,,at last i manage to pass from the kitchen. all i have to do is click several times quickly on barrel then the emoty paker appears but i will not rate until i finish the game till now i lovebths game

I enjoyed this games very much. It only took me a few hours to complete it though. I think if you make a sequel, I will probably buy it, just make it longer and harder to complete, but still possible of course. All in all though, I liked this game and you should make another.

Very disappointing, paid for full game and get a blank screen. Feel cheated and robbed.

There was no map to follow & the hint icon was useless but it was put together that you didn't need it; it made you continue on your own wit & succeed; thx
