Totally useless app. Always getting an error, PAGE NOT AVAILABLE. Why put up an app that does not work. Do the developers even bother with the comments about the app?? It doesn't look like it. I'm sure the ones with positive ratings are using the app on a computer. Another thing.....why should a Government app have advertising? Even though everything else doesn't work, the ads do. So ridiculous. I've sent the developers an email. Let's see if they reply. FIX IT OR REMOVE IT ALTOGETHER
App opens on my Samsung phone and brings all the service menu but it doesn't open beyond that for me to apply for any document. I have to visit a cyber cafe and pay unintended 200/= plus to get what I would have gotten in the comfort of my home. Not unless it has been done purposely (disabling access by phone) to create business with insiders in the offices that offer this services, I don't see why the app shouldn't work. Take it off Google play store and do your cyber business openly.
This one is one of the worst apps i have ever encountered, always showing an error whenever you prompt it for a particular service and the annoying part is despite very many complain registered no body bothers to give answers to what is happening in this would be criitical app to kenyans.
It always gives an error when trying to log in. This is the most hardest way to access government services. Our traditional ways of queing outside offices is much much better. At least you get the services you want at the end of the day.
The app is functional it works well but your customer service is slow especially the e business, I have been making calls and sending emails since yesterday since I need something to be corrected but to no avail they are all going unanswered kindly improve on that .
A good app as it has eased access to most government services that used to cause headaches to us. On the flip side, being a tool in the public service comes with expected shortcomings. Sometimes the system or the paybill is down and as the only path to be served, we have to wait for days if not weeks for resumption.
So far so good but they should add an option of downloading documents to phone. That way they could make things easier. Now I have to go fill all the details through the phone then I use a cyber to download the details and print them. C'mon guys we are in another generation we do everything via the phone even printing, don't be left behind......
The app has not been working for a longtime, always displaying "error" on the screen. And when it works there are too many adverts.
It is a useless App. Everytime one opens, all you get is error. Someone somewhere is blocking it so that we can go cyber and pay for the services which we can do ourselves. What a shame over a gorvenment App?
Soo rigid. Not very informative and interactive. Deleting uploads is a problem, uploading even small size pdf document files is an arduous task
The app is convenient to use and very fast ever than before, I therefore rate it at 80% effective and would advise those who have not downloaded it to load it and feel the experience rather than going to que line at huduma center to be given a service which you could have done yourself at comfort zone.🥰🥰
A very boring app Once you log in and try to access the government services it keeps on telling you to log in and then 'an error occurred'. The app itself is an error😩
Once you log in no service page can be opened. It gives an error saying "this page was not found d" am trying to find somewhere I can upload a screenshot but can't see it Am using Samsung note 8.
Your services are good and excellent but I don't understand why am not allowed to access services through my phone 📱 yet I have the app and infact I registered through the same phone. All I get is errors. Thank you
When It fails, no platform to raise the issue or alternative to call, you just remain stranded.. Like right now no ntsa and business registration services . Otherwise before the failure twas a very very nice app that made work easier
This app is completely useless. It just loads an embedded browser that opens the eCitizen website...and then it shows you ads. Bure kabisa!
Awesome services at finger tips. A step forward that has curtailed long queues and reduced travels and hasles of looking for services miles away from home. This isa service served at your place of comfort and where you need it. Everybody is reached and convinienved and their abode.
The app is not working at all,plus the contacts placed there are not helpful, i called one no.and the lady put me on hold without a warning, now its 3days trying to create an account, i wonder what to do next since the govt swears this is the way!
Its easy applying for any government services in the comfort of your couch at home or anywhere. Its so efficient. I hope you keep on inovating more and more

I have tried creating an account but it keeps saying My ID and my name don't match ... I have confirmed the information before I uninstalled it and even after re installing it won't create an account. Please do sth about . Am in need of this
It can't complete the task before it shows 'error' even when the wifi is stable. It Keeps hanging.
I don't understand this , trying to register my ID and it's says it has registered and I don't remember register in this app the number that has been used to register I never even had it before not even the email address could it be someone else is using my ID for this app?
I give it 2 stars because when i triy to register for a business it tells me that plot no/name of building CANNOT contain NUMBERS even though they are asking for plot No. Very ironic. Fix this.
A very useful app to those who want to spend less time getting service, only a tap and you are good to go.
Boring. Being that this is a national government item I didn't expect to see ads in it. I'd better go the web way than download a web shortcut as an app
That app is totally HELL.I can't see my profile just keep saying "page" can't be found! I can't change my email address! Let the developer do his or her work or get fired immediately!
Before it used to work so perfectly ! But as time went by things actually changed. Some areas can't even be accessed. It keeps on displaying “ an error occurred ” or even “ service unavailable ” this is really disgusting.
