Kenyan Citizens and Foreign Residents can now apply for Government to Citizen (G2C) services and pay via mobile money, debit Cards and eCitizen agents.
2. Electronic Foreign Nationals Services (eFNS)
The Republic of Kenya electronic Foreign Nationals Services (eFNS) portal for the Department of Immigration Services under the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government. Apply for your Pass, Permit, Alien card, Permanent Residence or Kenya Citizenship and pay using cards and/or mobile money.

4. NHIF Self Service Portal
You can use NHIF self service with either an individual account or JamboPay e-Wallet. To create your individual account you will need your NHIF Number, a valid email address and a working phone number.Create a Jambopay eWallet account.You need a valid phone number,email address and ID Number. These account details can be used to log self service portal.

Terrible. It's not a real app, Contains too many ads for a government service platform and keeps sending someone back to the sign in stage when they go back one step. Do not recommend 👎🏾
Not an app. It's basically like a browser with web pages, there is no difference between this and going directly to website and use ecitizen. Also we don't like ads
WE love this APP SO MUCH and totally proud to have this 'Government innovation+tech' in KENYA. SO PLEASE PLEASE!! KINDLY REMOVE THE ONLINE ADD's when you are accessing the service. It is not appropriate to have ads in such a crutial GOVERNMENT SERVICE DELIVERY APP. Please consider this feedback & act accordingly. Seems like I've become a BETA user by default:I mean, without me subscribing to be one-picture this I have to always take lakes of screenshot & send whenever I incur the all time hitches on App & on web-for zero cents?then let's use SMS.

I must say am so much disappointed with this app and your website too! the app has so many disturbing ads, when u leave to make some payment from mpesa u must return back and start the application from zero, i.e signing in again! even when phone screen rotates your app returns to the home page and i must login again so that i can continue with whatever i was doing! your website is also too slow and unreliable! in short u seem not to know what u are doing! your services are very very very POOR!
