Just a small suggestion if you don't mind. As a parent I will be receiving notice of events from school and at this moment i need to manually mark this in my calendar which is quite troublesome especially parents with more than a child. Hence, would strongly suggest the team to consider to incorporate a calendar invite (IOS or Android) as attachment in these notices so that parents can download and save in calendar. Understand that are plenty of items in your backlog and appreciate it if you

The contents were not consistent with the web version, so basically, this is for reading and signing notices, for email or other resources we need to refer to the web version. The app starts with a blank interface, nothing but your avatar. By clicking an avatar it usually takes you to the profile page but no, it takes you to the notices. Which is kinda weird. There is no dashboard showing how much of everything (notices, email, etc) you have, you need to click on the menu to start working.
The app often crashes. Cannot download the pictures that are posted in the groups. The documents don't automatically open after you download them. You have to exit the app and find them somewhere else in the phone before reading them.
I have too many e-notices from school. Hope you can add a function like My Favourites to bookmark useful notices, and also a Print function to print out the content of enotices in a user friendly way. Look forward to seeing that these useful functions in your next release.
The troubles havent been solved! Got notifications there are messages but once login, there are nothing shown in the Group chats. Not until few days later to show out the messages. So frustrating! eNotices will disapper suddenly. Why do we need to pay the fee every year for this poor service?
Cannot select and copy together. Alway disapper the copy after the select all content. The worst app in this world
After upgrading the version, cannot open the attachement. Please fix the bug. The anriod version is not developed as good as Apple version.
The android app message viewing frame doesn't resize. It's not very user-friendly. Have to scroll left right manually to read all text.
Weak interface. Can't retrieve lost passwords. Incorrect English in places. We don't like this app, but the school requires that all parents use it.
Very useful and simple to use without too many clicking and glossy but unnecessary interface. The payment function is super useful.
Please fix a bug. Under eEnrolment, there are several activities enrolled, and when I click an activity to view the meeting dates, the same activity's meeting dates appear no matter which activity I choose. Please fix this. Thanks a lot.
A terrible app! The app was hard to use and not well done with lot of bugs waiting to be fixed. If I am not forced to install it by the school to sign notice, I will delete it now!!!
Really helpful app but improvement required ..like Todo list for same day should not split subject wise it should be single clickable .There should be option popup to open link in browser .there should be notification on Todo expiry date .most imp feedback button in app
The app is fair but it gets some bugs. My boy leaves school as usual and it shows early leave. Checked with school and said it's the app problem. Can you help to fix it?
Great app, others are experiencing difficulties because they dont know how to even use the app properly, learn how to use it (which is very simple) and you're good to go.

Terrible. Cannot login any more. Look like the app has deleted our account! No way to recover the account or reset the password!
When I click the attachment, the screen shows "Downloading attachment", but actually nothing is downloaded.

Keeps crashing, can't open...
We have to force stop the app and restart it on average every 2 days in order to get the updated learning videos under "digital channel". Even that does not work every time. We have to uninstall the app and reinstore it once or twice every week, if not we won't have the latest learning videos. It just doesnt load!!!
