Updates or not, the App is quite a horrible experience. It has no idea how to move forward when you choose to view or execute any function and hence goes in circles forever. Several error reports generated and emailed with no response and continued issues. The way this app functions feels more like the developer was not paid for corrections and bug fixes. Do something about it or retire the app. To all the Clubs using this app - get smarter and get better developers.

Unable to login. Goes to update page,but no updates avaiable

Doesn't show real-time update on statement. Having made annual payment a week ago yet to see te same being reflected in statement

Horrendous interface and programming. The login page itself is a roadblock. When I try to login, it says "User ID or Password incorrect". I know it isn't incorrect, but ok let's assume it is. If I click "forgot password", it asks for my phone no. to generate an OTP but when I enter the phone no., it says "Internal service error". If I click on "register", it says "your account already exists". If you somehow manage to generate an OTP, there is no space to enter the OTP anywhere. So frustrating.

With the update, in fact, one cannot move ahead from the login page. It says error. Even if you try to click on forgot password, it says an error. You can't even register as a new user. Major bug issues. Pls fix asap. Otherwise it was working very nicely.

This is the worst app I have ever come across. I am surprised that a top club like Cosmopolitan is tied up with this useless app. No option to pay bills. Half the buttons don't work. Overall, wasteful download. Disgusting.

I found the app very useful...I am able to check the billing details to the extent of item ordered...able to generate and print monthly statement via app without actually calling club to tell me the details or send hard copies and also can make payment via app which is a add on feature

The app launch issue doesn't seem to be solved though the developer says it is on 2nd July. Very poor performance for an app. Should be improved if better reviews are expected.

The money paid through the app rarely gets credited to the club! Horrible app please pay your bills directly to the club. Never use the apo

App is difficult to open inspite of updates.Hangs and never opens . when open its convenient.have gone back to paying my club directly

Rating this low as I'm not sure why it is mandatory for a club app to require so many permissions like accessing camera or my photos..!!

The app simply does not open. I have messages several times but its still the same. Pathetic.

Useless app. always shows server handler error. asks all unnecessary permissions.

Very use full app checking bill view on microlevel ,Receipts month wise , member profile page with dependent Affilated Club List , and make online payment eaisly, and very user friendly ,

Forgot password does not work. Poorly designed app. Please fix it.

This app is not user friendly. After update I can not see Tee time booking option.
