The app doesn't work well on 5G. 5G is becoming more common, fix that.
In trying to set up routes for drivers, the Cities should be listed on the Jobs list page. The way it is now you have to go in and out of the Jobs details. Then when you go back to the Jobs list, it takes you back to the top of the list. It is very cumbersome and frustrating. Put the cities on the jobs list page next to the zip code. Thank you
Slow, even when working "properly". Gets the job done as far as allowing for signatures and clearing of stops but beyond that it's bare bones. Also not sure why the dev wouldn't just post update changes rather than leaving a link to said changes. Lazy.
DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP ON PERSONAL DEVICES!! This app can take control of your device even if all permissions and notifications are shut off. This app send's ringing notifications even if blocked in settings. So If you must use ECM be sure to use a cleared out non-personal device. Or you will run the risk of your Personal Information, Apps, Text Messages, Private Phone Conversations being remotely monitored by operations managers, and or system users even when you are logged off the platform.
I use this everyday for work. What frustrates me on this app is that I will enter information, then enter. It says there's nothing left. I will press update 3x sure that it clears. I LOG OFF (not press quit) then close app. The next morning my boss says it is not clear and no payment for delivery?? 🤦 I click ecmobile app. It's up and running without me signing back in!!?? Back on to the the last stop!! This app should NOT be running ON ITS OWN after I have fully CLEARED and LOGGED OFF!!
as a user who is now forced to put this on my personal device for work, I am very unhappy with the required permissions for it to operate. I am very dissatisfied with the user interface it is not friendly or easy to use and is a waste of not only my time but the time of the company I'm running for. I would like to see a simplified version or a light version that has less required permissions and a cleaner layout.
One of the recent updates may have removed the ability of the use of the password manager. Could you please check if it has and fix this if so. I have a few logins I have to check daily to assist people, this would be helpful to have saved logins again. Update: Still not able to use password manager. Please allow.
Could a scan button be put back in the stop complete/enter POD option like it used to be. The current 4 scan option are to confusing and harder for me to locate scanned information for customers than it used to be.
It's a little frustrating that when voice entered, the name line doesn't capitalize the 1st and last name. I have to go back and change it every time. 8/21/20, still the same issue. I guess you guys really don't care, do you. 4/16/21,This app must be based on non American English because lately it can't spell common American names. And it still won't capitalize them.
great app for managing deliveries. but it's lacking one thing. it needs a signature line with an x to the left side of the screen so customers know where to sign. without it they always ask me where am I supposed to sign on the screen. And I have to explain to them by pointing to the gray area and explain to them this is the signature area and they look at me very confused why it does not have a line with an X. I would give this 5 Stars if they made that change by adding a signature line.
App doesn't scan well won't let you copy and paste should have an auto launch Google maps at the very least allow you to copy and paste addresses I've ended up in the wrong place more than once trying to copy addresses from memory from this app in the Google maps
Sometimes slow but works ok
App worked fine for weeks and suddenly stopped entirely.
The app works fine but if I am inactive for more than an hour it timesout and takes me off available on the dispatch dashboard. Is there a setting to turn timeout off or can there be a software update to give this option or remove the timeout option all together?
Don't use it if you have a phone with AMOLED screen! When you use the app constantly every day for at least 6 hours it burn-in your screen. I've already replaced 3 screens on my Samsung Note 8 with the same issue.
It works for a while fine .. all of sudden it just freezes up i run my own business on this app please fix app issues ....
Needs a streamlined user interface. Also need ability for driver to add notes to the stop before clearing them out. Needs to give driver the ability to view prior completed stops.
Issues with stops jumbling around, every morning it starts in numerical order and by the 4th stop it starts randomizing, also not a fan of the the hoops i need to jump thru for a functioning barcode reader
I wish they would figure out how to let users assign their own notification sounds. I don't always leave this app open, so the notifications are my phone default and I miss new jobs.
Good in most all respects. Really needs a 'Note' section for several reasons. Best 'sending service' from isolated areas I've used compared to other apps.
Hey I've been having an issue with distance orders like it's not showing the distant miles is that is the server issue going on is it an App issues broken cuz yesterday last last night working just fine and now today is like unable to determine distance
Whoevers idea was to put the new job tone on the app is an idiot it's the most piercing annoying loud tone ever if I didn't need this app for work I would delete it instantly and punch whoever did that. Please change it
I thought the app was free . Bought it for $10.00 from my windows phone. A lot of upgrades needed.
It's hard to login
the longer the courier company I work for uses this the worse it gets both for dispatch and drivers. It STINKS but we are stuck with it
This app is not driver friendly at all and no one knows how to use it. on android. to many steps holds a driver up time is money.
Please fix the error when I scan packages to drop off, they do not show up, so I have to manually enter the letters and numbers in. It's not terrible but the application was working fine until now.
