I have really been having problems with this App lately 😕 I have to call and get my password changed monthly..
The App has stopped working the last 3 days. I've deleted and reinstalled. Also you need to add a way to freeze and unfreeze you debit card. Several days later the app still isn't working.
After trying out the new app i can say the new look is a little easier on the eyes, however some of the features such as scheduling your own transfers to a wekly basis is gone and i wish they would bring it back.
Worked great until a week ago (4 stars), now unusable. App not working on latest version of android. Gets stuck at the splash screen.
terrible. they shouldn't have updated the app. doesnt even work half the time and the credentials for making a password that you can actually remember is unreal. very dissatisfied!
Always freezes up my phone. Then come the same ol message, "App not responding. Wait or cancel?" Its been a whole month.
App has completely stopped working and shows as it's not even installed in the phone now.
The older version was bulletproof......why fix something that isn't messed up?????
