Inspection will be performed using ECO’s proprietary methodology by professionals. The inspection checklist is mutually exclusive and collectively exhaustive covering all the important points needed in verifying or inspecting a vehicle. Once inspection/ verification is ordered by a customer, the service will be delivered at their doorstep at a convenient time as specified by the customer. Post the completion of inspection/ verification, a digital report will be delivered to the customer.

On performing auto inspection for a used car or a used bike and having an inspection report with the vehicle improves trust and chances to sell the vehicle. ECO ensures an exhaustive auto inspection with trained technicians with expertise in car inspection and bike inspection with a detailed inspection report giving a full image of the vehicle without any physical presence to the buyer. Eco and Droom together will aim at zeroing the information asymmetry which acts as a barrier in the used vehicle transaction. 2. Sign-up for Auto-Inspection Service:

Give your details to sign up on ECO as an auto inspection technician. The signup process includes the following:

Step 1: Basic information (Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Address, password) Step 2: OTP verification for mobile number Step 3: Upload Profile picture, Address Proof and Identity Proof Step 4: Add a Service Step 5: Add Service Schedule Step 6: Additional Information

3. Receive Auto-Inspection Orders:

Technicians will receive new auto inspection requests automatically through app. The technician can accept and perform auto inspection service.

4. Perform Auto-Inspection and generate Inspection Reports.

On reaching the customer location, the technician can start inspection process by the press of a button. The inspection is an intuitive process where the technician will have to validate the points in the inspection and rate each part in the automobile on a scale of 10. On completion of inspection, the technician also has the flexibility to generate a report for the inspection performed.

Before the start of inspection, the technician can also call the customer from the application or map the customer location from the inspection panel of the application.

5. Billing Records Technicians can get a summary of the inspections that he/ she has performed and request for payments from the application for a specified date range. However, all technicians will get paid on a periodical payment cycle from ECO’s advanced billing and payment system.

6. FlexibilityApp let you decide your preferred work timing and location and notifies you with new inspection requests, reschedules and cancellations and let you decide to accept the new requests as per your preferred work schedule.
