Smart floodlight Camara. I wish there were instructions on how to use the features. Video is clear, but there is no fast forward or rewind buttons for playback. Makes it incredibly hard to find the spot you need. You either have to watch it for 24hrs to see all footage or manually move to another section and you miss whole chunks of time. Huge waste of time. Have Samsung S21 ultra. Feel like this needs to be fixed otherwise it's just good to see whos at door.

This app would be alot better if i didnt have to restart my phone to get control over my volume and not "in call volume" when im not even in the app or using the mic in the app..happens pretty much everytime.. Also it would be lovely to have asave to phone button to save things you have recorded to your phone.. Would also be great for a fast forward button insted if having to watch full days back on the sd storage

After a firmware update, my newest camera will not display full screen properly. Prior to this, the day and night video were awesome. After another update, the Android version keeps restarting the video - sometimes several times per minute. The iOS version does not have the same issue.

Great app!!! 4 stars instead of 5 because it is frustrating to review footage from camera without different speeds in which to view..? Really consumes far too much time when playing in double speed, X3, X4, and so on would be such an easy thing to implement..? Please developers..lol.

I love this app. I'm on it throughout the day. I love how you can set time frames to alert you of movement and/or activity. That way, your phone isn't going off with notifications when everyone is home. I had an issue with connectivity and tech support was extremely helpful.

Went offline. Could not find instructions to go back online. Deleted messages and they showed up again the next day. Slider buttons do not respond to touch. No way to find definitions of terms for functions and features. Mosly a time waster

Camera is a good quality product and the range also is quite good. The app interface is a whole star short of the five, it's not just easy it is hard to figure out exactly what the on offs do blah blah.

I bought the floodlight with the motion detection. Thing is it never works! When I try to setup any automation it just won't detect my floodlight as an added device. Very disappointed.

I have been in contact with Debbie in regards to a problem with my wifi camera. The app was updated in February 2020 & now is only compatible with Android 5.0 or higher. l was able to update my cell phone software to 5.0 & now the app is working PERFECT again, as it was before. I was provided with excelent customer service to resolve the issue & I highly recommend this Eco4Life product, Thanks 😀

Not reliable. Installed this without issue, but as soon as I left the property I could never get it on, which is pretty useless as a security camera. Also, the batteries went from 99% to 67% in less than 12 hours.

This app is good if you need it, but beware, they will continue to charge you, even after canceling thier service. They will bill your credit card without your authorization. Beware. If there were any way to leave zero stars I would.

I had an issue pairing the camera and asked help from their support. They helped me in no time and the problem solved. I recommend their products to everyone and their customer service is top notch. - review from a Level 2 CCTV technician from another company.

I use this app every day very useful, control AC plugs, schedule lights in your house, IP camera too. Affordable, easy to use. Thank you, keep the good work. :-)

Way more cost effective than Ring! Faster response from device feed, doesn't have the glitches I've encountered with Ring. A better product with more capability, it's a no brainier!

Will never buy another one of these again went to put new batteries in it and it didnt work hit the reset button still didnt work went to try another set of batteries and had battery acid pour all over my lap and then to hear the batteries just cooking away good thing I got it in time that could have done some damage I would like a response as well (new messages) to ur answer ur product is the only one I have ever seen in 27 years where u put the plus side of the battery to the spring

We bought several Eco4life products and they are working great. The setup was easy and fast. I recommend their products for starting a smart home.

Night vision quit working, and now can't get connected at all. It was great while it worked, which is 4 months

Camera quality is great. Enjoy the ligjtbulb features. The door and motion sensor i enjoy the detection and push notification to my phone. App has worked smoothy for me.

Will never buy this product again. The camera has worked once in a blue moon. The outlets apparently go offline. At least these shut off when I have them set for but most upset about the camera.

Cameras horrible and voice don't work. I wish I could return this product. Plus app works slow plus two way talk don't work I guess I will be going to ring or Comcast

Definitely would not buy this product again I have nothing to say but negativity about this product in theory it's great however I don't think a lot of homework was done on setting this equipment and designing it manufacturer says the sound in the cameras are allowed I can't even let an intruder know that I can see him Chinese made cheap cheap cheap

Needs an update or something, I keep getting alerts but there has been no movement within range of the camera. If it's a camera issue what can I do to troubleshoot the issue?

Great app. I bought eco4life camera for my mom, super easy to log in and connection is really stable. It's a easy app no any complicated processing, good for my mom using.
