Why does the ecobee ems app not show up on a search within the google play app. I can get to it with a google browser search.
Not able to log in ... sad
The mobile app is useless in controlling the two thermostats in the building. I need to be able to make adjustments from wherever I am in the world. In order to make adjustments I need to access a computer and go through cumbersome steps to make changes. I don't always have access to a computer. I have spent a lot of time trying to use the mobile app and the computer access. The mobile app isn't useful and the computer access is too cumbersome to teach other people. It would be a waste of time for them. The app needs to take seconds to make adjustments to the building thermostats. Too bad the 'home ecobee app' isn't available for business. I'm considering uninstalling the two thermostats and installing NEST products which is what I use at home.
Constantly forgets your password. No option to SAVE PASSWORD. (I mean come on, this is not online banking here).
I have multiple ecobee 3 at home and two EMS at the office. The two aps are night and day. I don't understand it. no schedules and it takes mutiple screens which take forver to navigate thru just to change the temperature. I kept my Nests and I'm reinstalling. Im glad my electric company supplied these for free because they are nothinh short of junk.
Customer service is non-existent. App doesn't work. Says to contact support, but you'll never get a response.
Might like it more I could log on.
Would be nice to give it at least the same features as ecobee3. It's a very basic control app with only very basic features.
Samsung S4. It is terrible, doesn't recognize email and password.
Needs more features! I can't even turn my fan on if I want to circulate the air.
The reason I gave 1 star is because the interface is horrible for Android 4.4 on my Samsung Note4. It isn't able to log in 90% of the time. Also if the App loads and shows my thermostats I'm unable to actually adjust the set temperature. This is a serious problem since it's suppose to allow remote control, what's the point if the only option is occupied to unoccupied or heat, cool, auto, and off for the entire system. I'll gladly make my rating higher if these issues can be resolved and works accurately.
Use the app daily to control all of commercial buildings. Negative reviewers and new comers take note.....this is ONLY for EMS ecobee stats. Not SMART or ecobee3
Only halfway works 90% of the time. I can change modes but not temperature or set holds. So frustrated with this! Please fix.
The EMS Stat had numerous advantages and features over the Honeywell 8000 but the smartphone app doesn't access any of it. This app hasn't been updated in 3 years.
Not as functional as the web portal but good for my S4.

Used to work on old phone but app will not log on on galaxy note 4. Please advise.
This app and its iOS counterpart are in a dire need of an update. There are software breaking bugs everywhere.
The demo looks great on my HTC Evo, but when I log on and go to my set of thermostats, the screen is zoomed way in and unusable. I haven't found a way to adjust this.
Something wrong with this. Demo is great but when you log on screen zooms in and you can't use app.
I hates it! Never allowed me to login. Feeling bad for buying tow of them
It wouldn't connect...
Just downloaded this and I can not even get it to load. In type in my email and password and it just gives me an error message unable to perform this action. I started the demo and it did the same thing. I will rate more accurately when I can actually use it.
