Program won't hold programmed temps any longer. No response from email to support. Original beta tester user. No problems with how the app works just the entire system has a mind of its own.
I cant even sign up as new user right away wants me to login but how if im not in the system?
The app forgot my password. I tried to recover the password but it keep saying can't do it now .
When I opened the app, clicked new user and entered my email it said that it was not a registered email. Of course it wasn't, I was trying to sign up? Really poor design.
This is the second time it errors out when I'm trying to login. I had tech support reset my password before, but it took them a week to respond to my emails. Now I'm waiting for a Nest thermostat replacement.
This app completely stopped working this week. Before that, it worked most of the time.
Poor functionality due to disconnecting often and being unable to reconnect. Often doesn't work outside of my home.
Kicked me out and I can't get back in, it keep saying wrong password but I know I'm putting the right one in and I can't even reset my password
Won't let me login on app or PC, can't get information on status very upsetting.
Keeps disconnecting from wifi and can't apply the programmed settings. I keep waking up cold in the middle of the night because it inexplicably thinks I've set the temp for 62 degrees overnight.
Worked decent untill a few days ago, now it constantly says wrong password on both my phones. I know the pass is entered correctly! GARBAGE
Updates were well received. App works great
The new interface is super intuitive and several bugs have been fixed recently. In the end it does what it's supposed to (control temperature) in a super easy to use layout.
I love the new UI..Awesome controls, intuitive schedule setup..keep innovating!
New responsive design is a huge leap forward on both the mobile app and website. The ability to finally update schedules is great! Few bugs can still exist, but nothing app breaking.
Hasn't been working for awhile. Uninstalled and tried to reinstall and still doesn't work. Why have a app to control your house if it doesn't WORK.
You can't swipe the navigation drawer open and closed. The drawer animation is horribly choppy. Animation between home floors is also horrible. No landscape mode at all (so forget using this if you have a hardware keyboard). If EcoFactor can't make a decent app - do you really want to trust your house to them?
Finally! With the scheduling feature now in place, I can do everything I need to do with my thermostat via the app. My only complaint is that it's still called a "beta" when this is obviously ready for primetime. :P
App works for what it is supposed to do.
This app is so limited compared to EcoFactor Wrap which is much more reliable and can do so much more! 1+ years to get a working app and it does so little. Go hire that 3rd party developer to get your app functional!! I was hoping that this would be different from mPowered but it's the same exact app but just with a different logo.
Nice improvements in stability. Rather simple interface; it would be nice to enable alerts and check/adjust schedules.
Finally fixed the app, works for everything I have tried so far. Wish you could change the thermostat's programs over the app.
Took way to long, but the new interface is much better, and finally works on my note 3.
Not much functionality. Need to be able to set up my schedule, not just the current temp.
I think the 3rd party ecofactor wrap program might have more functionality though.
I am happy to see that the app was updated and works (Note 3 vrs. 4.4.2) It would be great if the app would also allow you to create programs similar to the desk to portal.

When it works, it's great. Sadly the app does not work very well. Performance has always been spotty (I was an original beta tester) Frequently loses link to thermostat. This is for extended periods (up to a year or more where it stopped working entirely.) As of this writing this program has again failed to link for a good year. On attempts to adjust anything you get a "failed to update daily schedule intervals." error message. I've tried the usual, , uninstall/reinstall, restart, reboot, power off/on, reset of all network devices, switching the program to another device/os, etc. No help from any kind of support, especially since there's isn't a point of contact anymore either.
