Sad, after the last update, this app only works part time. Plus it needs at least 4 start time. Plus, customer support his non-existent. I will try to call them again today, to see if I can get my problems resolved.
Various thermostats go off line all the time, but otherwise it's fine.
Works great. Fast, reliable, has more features than NV App.

Been having Alot ot Problems with it Lately!!
Very useful and user friendly app! I use it for three years already! Update: after 8 years of using this app I got disappointed of it because it changed or cannot be changed the temperature and daily schedule.
Dec 8, 2020 System keep shut down itself in these three weeks. It not working everymorning when I need that before I get off the bed. Very DISAPPOINTED.
Would give it 5 stars if it had a temporary hold function
I've been using this for more than a year. This is a improved version and still need a lot more improvement. Some functions can't just tap the button. You'll have to go through the "edit and/or temperature setting. If I could I wouldn't want it, yet. When I turn on the fan it won't until the system is on. Or I set the temperature. And it would change back to auto by itself. UPDATE. Since the update, it is better. You can fully control.
Everything works but I don't think you can fully program your thermostat with this app which isn't really a big deal. Update: been using this app / thermostat for 8 years or so and I love them both. I am using the Nevada Energy thermostat which takes control when it's about a billion degrees outside and the power grid is stressed. I don't think they have ever overridden my controls and I do think it saves energy and more importantly my hard earned money.
i have overidden it and when i called the company they said they do not support it. it has still been happening. even better is that in the summer it turns the heat on to 80.

Wish the two adjustments were more like apples
I like that I can control my system from anywhere, however I can't use the template manager nor can I set my system to respond to weekend/weekday temp. variations. It only allows me to update for one temp at the same time daily. I have considered paid app, but am worried if the product won't work how it should in the first place.
The unavailability for several days every time the app updates is getting old.

One update and it's totally broken. Nothing but loading. Edit: stop refuses to finish loading properly. It simply displays the loading icon (circle) for up to 5+ minutes
Helps us adjust our Nevada Energy Supplied Thermostats to save us $$$ on Electric in the Summer and Gas in the Winter in a Big Way!
11/14/20 Update - this app still works great, and is better than the official app from NV Energy. The programmers are always responsive, and improving the application. Highly recommended! ***************************************. The app works great on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I've used for several years, and it works better that the 'official' EcoFactor app! Kudos to the programmers!
