The staff had a very lousy attitude at Yishun branch. Horrible hair stylist and horrible cashier, who told me to go USA if I wanna see non Chinese stylist. I'm completely fine with Chinese stylist as some did a very great job. But the stylist who attended to me refused to trim my hair as instructed and my hair ended up worst than before. I visited them!!! Please avoid this branch at all costs. There are others who can serve with better attitude and integrity.

They promote to use the app. Then we have to top up with $50 or more. After doing that you have to use this salons. Not other salons. Also there service is very bad. They discuss inside and very slow at work. I got this very bad experience at boonkeng ecoin.sg saloon. Never recommend to anyone.

Very lousy attitude staff at bugis branches near the mrt station..Push customer to top up value otherwise will show black face all the time and not professional at all.

top up in ecoin for the convenience of my son for cutting his hair, he go usually go once every 3 weeks, but yesterday from the ecoin system, it show he goes every week! when I ask they say is not possible! how would I dare to top up again!

Visit their Yishun outlet on 23th July ,After I check in safe entry and waiting for almost 1 hour,when its my turn to cut my hair ,the staff only come to tell me that I have to pay additional $10 to $25 to wash my hair first due to my hair with some wax ,the timid manager that refuse to tell me his name claim that he has no name and said that this is their company rule ..But in fact ,I just did a hair cut before at this outlet on June 2020 which the staff never require me to wash my hair ..

The service at bugis s**k to the max. Cut queuing no 6 first instead of no 3, 4 n 5.ended up 4 n 5 left. I waited.ended up come n take away my no n pretend nothing happen n wan to give 7, 8 first. When feedback, they just laugh it off. S**k to the max. They likely to close down soon with such service.

Hopeless, not loading anything. My deposit money inside and cannot purchase anything as it froze.

Hopeless. Totally not loading anything now. Only works during 1st time when app was dloaded n payment included into app's "wallet". How do i get refund now?? Should i submit a police report of this new scam?

Cannot check my transactions -- I raised this issue a few months ago. Until now, the IT team has yet to resolve the issue.

This app is so bad, when you click chat your app freeze, when you click game tab, nothing shows up. When you click on other things it either doesn't load or freeze

Couldn't check balance, couldn't click anywhere beyond the first 2 pages e.g. Go into Aston's page, click on an item, nothing loads. Pls refund money.
