ECOLINES

It's terrible. There is no way how to save my passenger data so I need to input it for each ticket every time. When I want to switch between apps to copy some data and return back to the ecoline, app closes all screen stack and I need to enter from the begin. I'll use another transport company

The app is ok. Just ok. Not even good, but.. The system is what amazes me. I just got on the bus and already there was a misunderstanding. Imagine if you've booked your trip 3 weeks ago and got the seats and then get on the bus to discover that other people have also bought your seats, because it was possible for them to do so. There are no discounts from Warsaw and in Lithuania, there is no customer support, because when I tried calling and wrote email's they didn't even respond. Yup, Ecolines.

Doesnt work properly. I cannot add any tickets i have brought. You dont have to create a wheel again. Look at flixbus app. Works just fine.

It showed my ticket as purchased but then it suddenly disappeared right at the departure time. so I had to buy another one from the teller for the next bus.

Rather disappointing experience. Doesn't really deliver what it promises - no history, no indication of upcoming purchased travel, etc.

App is not working. I see just a faded main screen with a 'refresh' symbol.

Application does not work. Stucks on loading screen after logo.

Ticket office has no idea if you can cross particular borders or not, they just sell you the ticket.

Can not buy return ticket. Only one way. Can not buy ticket for my family, only for me.

Generally, the app does its job, however you quickly find inconviniences. For example: if the payment redirection somehow fails there is no option to retry. This has made me rebuying the ticket numerous times as there always happen some technical errors or missed inputs. Plus, once you fail payment you have to wait until the ticket is cancelled which takes about +/- 20-30 minutes. Later also while rebuying ticket you have to input all ticket details again (though, that depends, sometimes the data is saved, sometimes not, It's not clear how the app functions). Rather uncofmortable experience.

It feels a bit rough in places, but the app works fine for me.

I can't tap any menu so I even can't register myself. Use updated version.

Installs but does not open on phone (Sony Xperia)

You can't buy 2 tickets at the same time and also you can't change name once registered. Kindly see and let us know. Also on app no paypal accepting

One can not even try the functions of this app without registering first !! Very unstable when giving in travel dates. Better to book through the agencies rather this app .

Very low quality app, I can see main menu but it is not reponsding on actions... It is a shame for such big company like ecolines...
