Before app upgrade, i have no issue using oppo secure keyboard to key in password prior to payment. However, it is now informed by the technical team that this app is not compatible to oppo secure keyboard and i am advised to switch off this keyboard mode and try normal keyboard. So i m not comfortable with this solution. Please improve the app soonest possible.
What's wrong with the ecom app? Have been getting a blank page since yesterday when clicking on the app. Unable to pay my maintenance fee or view any notices from my mgt office. Have tried everything including uninstalling and re-installing the app again but without success
The apps is great, enabling us to do online payment easily. But recently I cannot access apps anymore. I always stuck on a white blank page and the apps just stops responding. I have reinstalled the apps for 3 times but I still cannot access to it. Is the apps still be able to be used on Android 7?
Previously i dont have issue with the apps but recently it seems unresponsive.. unable to click to make payment.. no button seems working.. lag to start the apps.. even i try to uninstall n install again - its still not working. Im using the most updated version with samsung android.
Recently cannot access to app. Wanted to pay my bills since last month but got issue with app. Now kena late payment interest charge.. who should pay? Pls fix immediately especially for billing and payment because there are consequences to late payment!
Unable to active account, after 1st time activation done it show no unit found?
I saw many remarks like still cannot do ebooking. etc What is the use of this silly platform when you are left to trial and error by yourself ? I dont think this is any better than a simple office with human beings attending to you without any hussle. I have a unit at Quayside Andaman Penang developed by E&O and till today we can call the office and get things done. Why don't you just feedback this to developer who is from Singapore and should improve better than E&O. I hate to call and ask for guidance when the apps is not usefriendly at all. It is already delay our plan to take over vacant possession because all purchasers are left to figure out how to use ???
Overall feature is fine, love the new app interface, simpler and nicer ๐ Cheers to the customer service that are super helpful in answering all my questions ๐
Ok the app works..a humble request on developing more friendly user interface...its abit hard to go back from a page..other wise the app is fine

I wonder is the ebilling available? I had been installing it for the past 2 weeks ๐ I didn't see the E billing available in the app as claimed
Please improve your app, I experienced multiple app crash when create support ticket in the app.

Cannot received notification. Using OPPO find x3. Complaint few times to management office still sames problem.
