Doesn't work. Says it's an older version for older Android OS. I checked the app store but no updates are available. Seems the developers just gave up and abandoned this app. Shame. It had potential.
Always has an error message when trying to log in. I have had the app for several months and have not been able to log in using it a single time.
Opened the app, successfully logged in. The font is almost as white as the background, making the app technically functional, but unreadable
Won't Display On My Home screen! This app won't display on my home screen after I downloaded it. I can open it from the Play Store but not my home screen. I'm using a Moto G5 Plus running Android 8.
Well this app is terrible cant even see my score or nothing says network unavailable app version is for older Android Check for update but it has no update.
Unacceptable to not being updated in over 3 years and still targeting Nougat API. Get with the program.

3 years old. No updates.
Session timeout while entering data (no delay on my part). Won't accept access code. Far more annoying than useful. App is useless. All logins work on website.
I get email update saying my info has changed, but the app won't show any updates beyond Feb and keeps telling me my next update is Mar, 2017
It keeps saying "There was a problem connecting to the network" when there's literally no reason it should be having such a problem. I'm using WiFi, and have great service. This app wasn't ready to be launched and should have never hit the market until it was.
To the people saying the app doesn't work. If you download the app BEFORE you pull your credit report you will encounter an error. You MUST pull your credit report first on your computer. I got an error then used PC to pull report, now app works as advertised.
"system timeout" is the message I get despite entering the correct information. I have done troubleshooting, yet nothing has worked. Please fix this issue and I will update the rating.

Useless. Shows credit score zero and is unable to retrieve any update. App has not been kept up with new android releases for 4 years. Also, the app requests access to your media files without any apparent legitimate need to do so. This app has no business being allowed in the Playstore.
