It keeps telling me my user name and password are incorrect. I called the helpline and they said uninstall it. I did and still no access!

Connected and loving it
This is a nonsensical application. It simply doesn't work yes it doesn't. Keeps saying wrong user name or password. Please don't bother down loading it.
