The app has become horrible after the update. They have kept the scrolling within the article very sensitive. When scrolling within the article, a simple scroll down to read the article swaps the entire article and brings the next article. Almost every professional news app I have have kept scrolling within the article (top to bottom) and swapping among articles (left and right) seperate. It is irritating to come back on the originally read article and re-read.

There was an update recently which has made the reading experience really frustrating. While scrolling in a news story, the app automatically jumps to the next story which is very irritating as I don't want to move to the next story. Please fix this.

I took a subscription back in 2020 and I am super happy with the decision. The content is always descriptive with summaries if there is paucity of time. It offers a balance of opinions and good insights. Times Prime helps me stay updated about the corporate world in a matter of minutes in a daily basis and I would recommend fellow users to give it a try.

Since latest update, scrolling down while reading an article leads to next article, which is very irritating. This leads to closing of app without reading the full article. Giving 1 since that's the minimum

The best Economics related app available in India. Used as a free version for 2 years, then bought a 2 year subscription to Economic Times and more features unlocked which are truly very useful. A feature I would like to see is a widget that shows market trajectories on business day or a choice of stock prices widget.

Am having a tough time with the new update of this app. If I am reading any article and scroll a bit too fast - then it takes to me to another related article instead of next article... This wasn't the case earlier. Scrolling fast will end up at the end of the current story and to go to next story we used to left swipe... While left swipe is still there, the next similar story popping up it irritating...

I have bought a subscription for two years. Initially, it worked fine but now it shows that this feature is unavailable temporarily. The pages don't refresh. It shows that" We are working on it. " Really feel disappointed.

I believe this is the best app there could be for reading financial and business news. It has a very easy interface to toggle around in different genre of news and has a satisfying display (set apart the ads).

ET is my favourite newspaper and this app has improved over time. The recent inclusion of print edition is exactly what was required to make this app perfect in all sense. Great job TIL.

The only financial paper of its kind, political news also is presented as Marchi Masada. If you read this paper continuously, sure, you'll become knowledgeable, practically in all fields. One thing I would like them to include is 'features' as that of their rival paper Live Mint's Louge. Present Sunday edition, you can as well be without - with mostly foreign based features, especially in these times when they wish to emulate us.

Worst app ever. Glitchy UI and not very informative. There are other apps with a lot better and sorted information.

Taking personal information, even though the app does not have any permissions, it constantly shows me articles related to things I talk about.

I can't copy a word. This feature is there in Indian Express newspaper which make it easy to read. Can you also provide such feature of coping words/sentences. As I am a student and it saves my time when I copy a word and paste it in Google translator App to know that's hindi meaning.

Font (even at largest setting) of ET prime articles is too small to read without putting strain on eyes. Kindly work in a bigger font size (not zoom) so it is easier to read. You should also note that, most of the reading is done while travelling (too much shake) or at night after long day of work (Already strained eyes) and small fonts make it real tough to read to read in both situations.

Phone app is fine (which i think can be better as its very complicated for no reason) Kindly provide an ipad specific app also Thank you

Even after re installation of app, clearing of chache and re booting mobile the app is not working. The net speed is fine.

Poorly designed application. I can't find my subscription details for Times prime anywhere. Customer care has been unresponsive ( I emailed) The app is very buggy. Stories are good but the app experience is a major deterrent.

Despite paying for ET Prime, there is no audio reading of the article facility available which is available in TOI app. ET should provide this facility more importantly when they are charging more than TOI. Dont expect the person to hold mobile in hand and keep on reading. The app should help the prime members to hear all articles in a running commentary. If you do this you have 5 stars from me.

While the content is generally good, and in case of Prime content its really good, the app us visually not that appealing, for ex. compare with a US news app CNBC. ET could also add est Read-time as does many other apps. Furthermore, despite being a prime member and having subscribed to 2 year plan, I still constantly get notification in the app to activate membership, which is really annoying and should be rectified asap.

ET as a app is an absolutely must have. It not only gives you quality reads but also takes a person deeper into a variety of business aspects that are of relevance to a cross section of audience. To the uninitiated, this app can help you to build a solid foundation of learnings that can go a long way! Embrace this if you havent already...

I love the information and ET Prime service. However, the notifications are really broken. Why do you'll have 3 kinds of notification types on Android? It is so difficult to club those 3 different notifications and when you slide one off, intermittently all of them go away.

The app is crashing as soon as I open it. I'm using Redmi K20 Pro with Android 11. In the earlier version I was unable to load Prime articles on my WiFi network. I could read the same on mobile data. Now the app doesn't work at all. Crashes whenever I open the app manually or even by clicking on the notification.

The app dosen't allow to read a complete article. It switches to next article in between

Honestly, I don't see a lot of business newspapers as good as ET, but there's this huge persistent problem- The app will pin itself in the notification bar and show "Fetching data". This is very irking.

Almost everything in Economic Times is incredible like presentation, information,interview of visionary stalwarts. contemporary topics etc. which help me to learn, make decision and also to find uncharted essential of business and finance. Anyhow sometimes I feel I am missing something like editorial encompassing critical thinking for better future with science, technology, business, environment, renewal of resources and better standard of living. Humbly thankful for this opportunity.

Can't login with phone number. I have ETPrime subscription. I login to my account, on browser, with my phone number. But the app doesn't have option to login with phone number.

The app crashes randomly after a few minutes while reading the Live News updates feed. This started happening after a recent app upgrade. The issue wasn't there before.

Updating from 3 stars to 5, raised a customer query, got immediate resolution (within hours). The content is anyway great and informative, thanks.
