This online booking is one of the biggest scammer alongside the Dollar car rent. I recently rented a car through economy booking and I paid right away with insurance and everything when I go to pick up the car what they told me was insane , I booked the reservation through 3rd party they don't even get the money from them, all money that I paid for insurance was just a scam. The customer service at the dollar counter Terrible , so rude. They are the worst. Don't use this scammers at Scammers

Great app, easy to use and very affordable. I really didn't experience any interruptions in any small cities, searching was quick and I could do it right on my phone.

I came to pick up the car in airport and my flight made a delay so I called booking and they said you 3 hours late and we can't give you the car not even a refund. So my money is gone. I swear this is the worst experience I had in my entire life. Now I'm in different country and got stuck with no rental car . Booking is a rip off

To get to My Bookings menu you firstly need to make a search for a rent, otherwise it won't take you to your profile. But even when you are there, it just says "something went wrong"

This is a great app to use for someone who doesn't have a car like me. The app works well, many cars work, and the fish prices are reasonable for a commuter like me.

Maybe they haven't gotten to the very exotic ones yet, but I haven't been there either. The prices are competitive and I don't even want to talk about the choice of cars once again. Huge selection of cars, from economy to VIP class. I used the services while in Germany. We delayed the car delivery a bit, but this is not critical. You can always contact support and this is a huge plus, and the prices are adequate. Recommend!
