Overall it's a decent app. Has to major flaws which should be addressed asap: 1) More often than not, there are issues with server disconnection, usually when ending the travel, which involves restarting the app and increasing my usage time and the money I spend 2) It consumes an absurd ammount of battery, depleting it faster than all my other apps together.
Problematic... App appears to accepts valid personal ID data, but doesn't, then sends emails which have a response link that doesn't work, chat facility seeks additional personal data not asked for by the app and refuses to verify its/his/her identity and then signs itself/herself/himself out... Feels super insecure and likely to cause personal identity data losses and problems... Maybe the scooters are just fine... but there seems no safe way to find that out
This app asks for credit card before knowing if they can provide service. Further more they do not follow eu privacy laws by not providing a forget me option.
The scooters themselves are great, 2 clean helmets, enough range, easy to unlock... This app would be very useful if it worked correctly, however I will stop using it after I paid 10 € and no credit has shown up in my account. Usually the customer service operators you chat with are very helpful, but this time everybody acted like there was no problem at all. It's not just 10€, it's an incorrect behaviour.
Worst experience ever. The registration process is a nightmare. I have been trying for 2 days to register but it's simply impossible. The pictures for the ID or the selfie keep giving an error without specifying the reason and after trying in 20 different ways to get them right I am asked to enter my credit card. However, as soon as I have to quit the app to use the 2FA to validate my card, the process has to restart from the beginning.
New account registration is extremely confusing for international driver license and not clearly explained which led to long activation time leading to not being able to use the app for the entire trip. Also the interface is confusing in when can you use the app for real.
Good scooters, but the app is horrible. It often fails to connect, which is frustrating if you want to end an active ride or want to start a bike that you reserved. I never have connection problems with the Azziona app. Fix it!
Getting better , but there is MAJOR ISSUE: when taking the foto it just doesn't upload the foto taken, it shows the "sure you don't want to take a pic" message...also, a nice feature would be that the pack sales and promotions would be notified to you on your phone , not your email, just like the wallapop app does.
I'd like to use the service but it doesn't allow me to upload a selfie and my email isn't recognized by the system. I've contacted twice the CS but they didn't help me at all. I've uninstalled the app twice and still isn't working. Meh.

For ~3 weeks no connection at all to the servers. Can't log in, can't rent scooters, can't even browse in the app only. The app breaks down every time ~10s after opening it. Of course I'm using competitors now as your service is not reliable any more.
One of the better apps, bikes work well usually - just would prefer a bit more power
First time used today in Barcelona. It was really smooth the pick up process and the driving. Had some connectivity issues when making the check out but the phone assistance was brilliant. Looking forward to keep using it (btw dcmpg code for 30 min free)
Downgrade the app please.. Because now is not accepting my credit cards..
Terrible experience, no possibility for register, no possibility for login, I had never use this app but they told me that my phone already used and my email is wrong, completely horrible.
Incredibly long waiting times for support. Illiterate customer service with very unprofessional manner of grammar and spelling and zero understanding of dealing with issues at hand. That is to become a client. Can only imagine how bad it is when you are out there trying to use the service...👎🏻
Simply excellent service. Constant substitution and recharge of the scooters, generally clean, no issue with getting and leaving the scooters. I follow and use them from the beginning, both in Milan and Barcelona. In due time, I decided to utilize only eCooltra and disinstalling other scooter apps, because they are the best
Unbelievable how long takes to register in this app! It's been 4 month that I trying to register this and always they said something is wrong, the website is awful the app doesn't have all support and labels to register!!! Sadly say that.. bur I don't recommend!!
I am addicted, anywhere you are there is a scooter for you. The new scooters are quite good, they have enough torque to drive in the city and to carry 2 passengers. I find it too expensive for daily commute, but from time to time it is super helpful
After a whole, Ianaged to get on board. ------ I need to create an account, give my phone number. App says my phone is not valid. Double check, triple check. No way. Too bad. Bye bye. This id as bad as it can get!
The app is great, but just change the app icon: mostly white (with light-colored minuscule letters) on a white background... its like it's greyed out!
Horrible experience. App stopped working while I was pausing the vehicle. Opened the chat support to speak with an agent. Agent quit the chat without saying anything! I tried 3 more times couldn't get through to anyone. Couldn't ride back home and needed to hire an Uber to drive back home. Two days later they send me an invoice 200 € because I couldn't bring their scooter back! It's insane! Several times in 2 weeks their app and scooters didn't work. No wonder you see so many 1 star reviews.
