My website credentials don't work here and the website version does not validate the UPS that I'm trying to add. Even though I have a good photo of the IDs.
I like this application, or rather I liked it before version 1.1.16. But starting from version 1.1.16 developers have removed the possibility of viewing sensor graphics (1 hour, 24 hours and 8 days) for non premium support devices. I.e. from release to release it is, first of all, a good application, more and more loses its free functions and more and more gets only paid functions. This, of course, is not happy at all :-(.
if any alarm generated in device then sound of alert not received in app. please fix this issue and overall good.
I downloaded the app, tried to log in after creating my online account and now I am Stuck. Saw afterwards in the comments that for basic functionalitly like you get arruba switches you need to pay using apc? I should have just stuck with my powerwalkers and raspberries.
I don't get any notification sounds on Android 9.
Version 3.0.3 is not working. Stuck on opening screen only. Kindly fix it fast
Garbage.. 1st you buy the NetBotz 250 and then only way you can get notifications from the device on your android phone is if you pay $500.00 USD / year. Buy a Google fire alarm people!

I am unable to login and even to receive otp
Still can't open after any 3.0.3x version upgrade. Apparently I'm not the only one. They upgraded the app but it now won't load if you use SSO because they need to upgrade their backend systems. Told the rest of my team not to upgrade. I've escalated through SE, waiting on resolution.
