App is ok but Needs to be fixed. Recently when I am charging and starting the charge via the app after a while on the app it show the transaction as finished and I am not able to stop the charge and release the cable. Can you please fix this.
twice I saw a charging station as a salvation and twice I was let down that it could for one or the other reason not be started. more in general app is not customer oriented enough. needs rapid and vast improvement and ideally more integration with competition (we can't be expected to have a different app for every charging station company if we are to scale electric cars)...
Two successful charges so far, both on Android 9. Map shows no charging points on Android 11, unusable. No success searching or scanning codes either. Suggestion - focus on core functionality - needs to be ROCK SOLID.
found one bug in app as well as in Desktop web version. if your car is getting charged and for any reason power stopped in charging station then status in the app continues to show charging. Please fix this.
Poor experience of using charging point whilst on holiday in mainland Europe. App does not give any feedback when account is created and does not indicate a card is needed to use the charge point (the app did not work) and on arrival home from holiday find that have a card posted to me, but cannot add card to app as card does not have QR code to scan into the app nor is the number on the card accepted as a valid number. App should read the card via NFC as its an NFC card
Nothing works on this app. Literally nothing. Dont even bother.
Pp won't download on Android
Useless. Many stations not listed and plug indicator like IEC-96196-T2 not usefull (is that a type 2, then say so). Quickly deinstalled.
Worst app in its class. Now stuck at 'automatic login'. Doesnt recognize the barcodes on the ecotap charging points. Numbers on the charepoint dont correspond with what is shown in app. Paypal payment requires paypal login each time, nothing is stored unless i create an account which is too finicky for me to waste time on. Mobility+ with same concepts, has all this working.
