It's only in the last month that I've had problems logging into this thing I've actually had a good experience until this last month and as others have described the connectivity login issue is present. Very annoying when you rely on the app nearly exclusively. As soon as this bug is rectified I will gladly update my review. 21May21 - Still no change to this "unable to login/ connectivity" issue.
Updated 1 star to 4 star right back to 1 star. Congratulations your app worked for about a month. Will not load any longer sits spinning and continually times out. Regardless how many attempts. UPDATED 1 STAR.... Well 6 months later I can finally login without having to wait for it to time out and saying slow internet connection. Then successfully logging in on the next attempt sometimes 3rd. I do appreciate the email letting me know the app has been updated and apologies.
This app is great when it actually works. I can't log in 80% of the time. I am forced to hit 'log in', the app states its 'taking longer than normal to log in', wait for it to time out my request, then attempt to re log in three more times until it finally works.
The issue may be specific to my specific phone (HTC One M8). App works fine for mobile deposit of one check only, then camera will not focus. Have to uninstall and reinstall for camera to work, but then again only for one time deposit.
Same issue as the other users. Works for a couple of days and then stuck in an never loading loop. Installing yet again as I need it for my business. Customer service was not helpful.
Can't login unless you uninstall and reinstall the app. Then it will only work for that day. You'll have to uninstall and reinstall the next day, to use the app. Customer Service says nobody else is having this problem. I don't believe it.
Usually works pretty well, but I haven't been able to login for about two weeks now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't login.
it seems like the app is getting worse and worse! trying to deposit a check through the app is nearly impossible!!! fix this please!!
lately, in order to access the app, I have to uninstall and re- install it, then it works for 1 use before I have to do it again. utterly obnoxious
Awful, will not load. Can not deposit checks unless your in the app. So I spend HOURS everyday trying to get it to load. Absolutely awful!!
Worthless. I can login from my laptop, but not from this pizz poor app! I'm closing my account and moving to Blue FCU
Update: App does not allow camera to focus while depositing checks. Pixel phone, current OS.

As others noted, this doesn't load well, if at all. Numerous attempts to use it have failed repeatedly. After frustration over many months , I read reviews today, uninstalled and reinstalled - that's the only way I could get it to load and function. This obviously needs work by development. How can one use this for business if it's inconsistent??
