ECU Cards

Unable to register. App loads to screen with "Let's Get Started" button, but when that button is selected, it reloads the opening screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. This needs to be patched. I never had an issue with the ECU app's card control, but that was taken away and replaced by this problematic app.

I'm sure this app would be fantastic if I had the opportunity to create my account. I wish they had an option for a text verification along with the email verification. I can't back out of the app to check my email for the code because once I go to enter the code in the app, it kicks me out to start the process over again. I don't have access to a computer so email is difficult to use for verification with an app like this.

I dont understand the need for this app. The original app did everything. Now we are left with two apps, each one of lesser value. This one has push notifications for alerts but that feature hasnt worked yet. And ive tried many different ways to make it work. But it doesnt. Love the promise of regularly updated

FIX THE MESSAGES! There are really only two important pieces of information in the messages from this app, the business and the amount charged. Sadly, about half the messages don't contain the amount because the message is TOO LONG because every message starts with "Brought to you by ECU Cards:"... We've already downloaded and installed the app, you don't need to keep advertising it to us.. Drop this message prefix and this app gets 5 stars, otherwise it just gets uninstalled.

Installed OK, but can't get past the "Let's Get Started" screen. it makes the attempt but circles back around to this screen. I allowed access as directed. I tried to use the "I've already enrolled for this app" option but it didn't take my credentials because apparently I haven't enrolled yet which I assume you can do through this app.

I got the app working but it's useless except to turn card off, not sure why they couldn't put that feature in the other app? The problem I have is fingerprint scanner not working, it says it takes fingerprint and it's good but then says put in password for security every time.

I really like the idea of this app..ive tried for months to get it to work but it wont go pass the (lets get started) page..ive updated, reinstalled, and i jst got a new phone the app still wont work..it jst keeps reloading from the let get started on page..really would love to have this app working..hopefully it will work soon..

Outstanding app! It totally keeps one informed of their card activity. I don't understand why other people are having problems with it, I've had zero problems setting it up and 💯 % perfect performance.

Everytime I try and open the app it keeps showing an error!!!! And it does not matter how many times I again later it continues to show error!!!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I can't get past the Let's Get Started prompt. I called ECU customer service and the person Ibspoke with said they were having problems with the vendorbwho developed the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled bso many times to no avail. App is less than useless.

I'm seriously mad that someone had this stupid idea to split the apps up. The main app already had card control so why take that away just to make a whole separate app?! I had fraud activity and wanted to check to make sure the card was turned off but this app wants to me to make a sign in account? why not use the same as the main app?! so after making another sign in, it wants me to manually put in my cards.. if it's an old card how would I know the number?! it should populate all my cards

I guess if it would let me and others past the "let's get started" page it maybe ok. But I don't know can't get past the "let's get started" blue page. Been mths now and they still not fix the problem. Thinking about changing banks.

Love this app!!!! It does take a little bit to get use to it but once you do it's a breeze. This app is great to have control of your cards and keep the scammers away. Just do not use at gas pumps cause people are putting chips on the card readers and getting all your information. They need to come up with a block on the chips so they can't use them.

The app seems to be good in theory few bugs need to be resolved I keep getting message saying Texas isn't a valid state! So I can't move forward with setting up my account. Please Fix

downloaded the app and set up a user name and password but wont let me get to the actual app to try it out. the old app was working just fine. this is a typical case of if it ain't broke make things worse for all

I would give it a better rating if I could view past alerts from the app. When I get an alert the app should open and show me the details as well as old alert details. No alert history. Not good.

I didn't GET why the hype of this app when the other ECU mobile app works just seamlessly fine! It looks unfinished & rushed! It can ONLY do a third of what other financial app can do. So I uninstalled it! I'm keeping my ECU mobile app! Take note this is a different app btw.

The app will not load anything other than the 'Let's get started' page. How do you make an app with one purpose and it can't even load the create an account page? Needs to be fixed ASAP.

only allows you to control your cards and see your balances. need a second app to see individual transactions and activities. why are these functions not part of a single app?

Downloaded app and cant get past the lets get started screen..it keeps returning to the get started screen each time i try...

App works great, no problem setting up, and love the new controls I have over all the cards on my account!

When I get to sending me a code to identify me to my email I can't get passed there. I have to close out app to go to email than when I come me back to app it starts all over with sending another code

Won't open, useless app. Why not integrate the card controls with the existing app?

This is a giant waste of time and space! Card control was on the main app WHY REMOVE IT!!!!????

I Enjoy Being Able To See What Bills Have Been Paid And Getting My Balance. The App Is Easy To Use.

No notifications when fraudulent activity happened on account.

I'm not creating ANOTHER login for the same bank for the same accounts this is ridiculous.!
