I've always been impressed with Eastern Credit Union. I find their services are efficient. In particular Telephone operator Nikesha. She really markets their products well. Thank you ECU
How exactly are first time users to this app are suppose to register. All you have is login. I don't even want to give you a star but unless I give you one I can't post this to get an answer.
The app does not give updated balances. It has not updated since the 23/6/19
My account has not been updated in over a month... I'm unable to get real time information.

App is a good step in the right direction. It works alright owever I understand that it's new and some issues need to be worked on. I would like to retrieve my transaction data beyond 30 days. As is this cannot be done on the app neither on the website. I hope this is fixed soon.
This is not user friendly, I can't see any history in my account. It is the worst.
the app needs a refresh button because after transfers are done you can't see the new balances unless you log off and log back in
Need to provide transaction history over a longer period...also it would be good to see my credit score. Could include the ability to pay utility bills.
Works great. I can transfer funds and make payment towards my loan and shares.
Works great finally sealing my theory that Eastern Credit Union is the best credit union.

Whenever i log on from the computer I will get through ..but from mobile I don't

Always getting blocked out
This app suppose to reflect the current balance at all times. It takes weeks to show updated information causing me to physically go into a branch just to query my actual balance which is defeating the purpose of having an app for easy access.
