Without a phone number for customer service and everything is through email or chat isn't good. I'd rather talk to someone on the phone when I'm trying to troubleshoot or need help with my account. It's alot easier n convenient that way. Instead of sending lengthy emails or chats. Checking my email for an response to a problem or concern about my account is definitely not on my daily list of to do things. It's an inconvenience
Love ecwid. My favorite e-commerce system. We use it for my business, Prodigy Cheer Apparel. Works great, plenty of great features.
My store is new so I can't tell you how things are going to go down the road. I can tell you that I love everything that I've experienced so far as far as the setup. They've made everything very clear and intuitive which has made it quick and easy for me to set this up.
Couldn't be more happy. Easy to use, love the fact that emails automatically gets sent out to keep customers in the loop and just all the smaller details to make it ease up on the workload
Worst customer service I've ver had ... it also does not do as it says on the tin ...will never sync correctly with Facebook and insta and been ignored for over a month with the same reply " our developers are looking into it " worst 22 pounds a month spent do not use
Definitely love this platform!! Super easy to use both in the app and on my laptop. A LIFESAVER for those of us who aren't technologically gifted

I'm torn on this app and webstore service....it's got so much potential..the user interface is better that wix and Weebly.....but I absolutely hate the bombardment of roadblocks in the free version..... telling you that giving them $39 a month is the only key to unlock your full potentiial. And don't expect much for $15 a month.Way too limited on Android. Start-ups, you have been warned. it's a cheap yet aggressive FREEMIUM business model that discourages me from using Ecwid anymore.
User friendly platform. Setup was a lot simpler than most. Great features. Would highly recommend for a start-up that can't afford to spend thousands on webdesign.

It is taking a little time to learn but I am getting it. A storefront that follows me into Facebook, and Instagram allowing mo elicit finding by ebook sales. I need access now to TikTok and LinkedIn. I've been using Ecwid for my retail store for a few months now, and I'm really pleased with both the functionality contained in the app, and the performance. I do sometimes use my laptop, but find myself using the phone app to run my store more than anything. It's easy to update inventory, pictures, review and pack orders, etc. on the go. I also live in a rural area with bad internet and cell service, and the app functions well even in poor service areas.
great for making small adjustments to your products on the go. The only problem I have is when you make adjustments to your product description it gets rid of your text format and makes one big block of text so you will eventually have to go back into the website version and fix your text formatting. Otherwise if you're just making small edits to your pricing, quantity, or product options this app is great on the go!
So user friendly! Very intuitive interface. Love the functionality. I just needed a store front without all the the plug-ins and doodads. This is perfect! Highly recommend. Also, customer service is fantastic! I had an issue with connecting my custom domain--ecwid customer service walked me through how to make all the changes step by step.
The customer service and technical assistance is really helpful. Each time I have asked for help the answers have been broken down into easy to understand steps. I cannot speak highly enough about the support that Ecwid offer. I would definitely recommend using Ecwid if you are a bit unsure but willing to try. Thankyou Ecwid for all of the support that you provide!
easy to use. my only complaint would be that although the app contains all of the functionality of the desktop dashboard some of the store editing commands can be hard to locate. i.e. adding a discount coupon can be done on the app but it isn't clear to tap and hold the pencil icon to edit the coupon values (code, users, valid dates, etc)
The app is super easy to use. I especially like the snapshot of stats on the front page. Otherwise, you're able to adjust mostly everything you necessary to maintain a store. I also appreciate the links to blog posts. They have really helped me find educational information to help me improve my store. Ecwid is a great platform!
This is an awesome app to keep up to date on your web sales and products. Good reporting as well.

It's simple, easy to use with enough features that will keep you focused on your core goals which is selling and customer service. Love it. Refuse to use any other. Easy to use and navigate. Support is always available. Editing my review and removing 1 star. Although the app is continuously improving. I will admit it is bothersome that it doesnt allow the ability to ship directly from the shop. No on wants to pay another app to pay more for shipping. This leaves just 1 option for accepting payments from customers which isn't so great. Sorry guys
Use the app for an online business, absolutely makes almost everything easy and seamless. Ordering system is good and the ease of use for the platform anyone can understand. Only issue I have is that the link to clover doesnt update the inventory as quickly or as accurately as I need. Hopefully they fix that soon and when it happens definitely 5 stars.
What I like about the app is its very simple, and I really appreciate them making the Google Ads so easy and less frustrating, all I gotta do I select a plan a pay...that's it, I don't have to wait for Google for months to send my a notification to verify before I start any ads
