The app doesn't work. Can't even create an account, let alone use it. Keeps closing down. Total waste of time and space. Useless piece c..p

Wednesday 20th Hi bit disappointed at your Norwich branch today although the staff were lovely. we ordered are food believing that we would get 2 meals for the price of 1 as long as we ordered from the same category on the menu as it says on your website. but we were told as we were about to pay for are meal that it is only if we order exactly the same thing witch the kids did but still not allowed the deal also charged for a adolt meal for a kids meal. feel a bit scammed.
Will not load, keep gettin an Oops message. Cannot access anything.
very disappointed been in-store today they've taken me off the loyalty scheme saying it's NO longer a thing and that YOU have stopped doing it WHERE was our email to inform us!!!!!

Found the card better as I would see it every time I opened my wallet. always forget it is done through the app. when I do remeber staff dont seem to happy to have to deal with it.
So this app forces you to give them your GPS access. The app will not even open/load if you don't. It won't tell you that's why it's not working. It just won't load. Give'em GPS access and it loads straight away. Already uninstalled it. Edit due to response: 1. A lot of companies apps don't require this. You shouldn't either. 2. I'm suggesting that you notify customers that that is the reason why the app isn't working. There is no 'this app doesn't work without GPS' it was just stuck in the loading screen permanently. You'll lose customers this way. Let them know why they need to give GPS and that the app won't work otherwise and you'll probably get more users.
Never had the chance to use it, it refused to respond after I denied location access. Tried several times.. giving up and uninstalling now. Waste of time.
For some reason it just launches itself. Im playing a youtube video. It popsup infront. Im surfing on my browser. It pops up infront. Never experienced this from an app before.
It opens itself for no reason. And doesn't let you register. Just keeps jumping back to main page. Awful. Unusable.

Any app that forces you to scroll backwards to your date of birth one month at a time is getting uninstalled. Developers clearly never actually used the app before releasing it.

I recieve emails for offers and birthday but can't sign up for app
I am a eds club member (i get birthday emails and vouchers) but dont have a card but it wont let me sign in or sign up
Logged out of my app, when I tried to log in it said the password was wrong. Tried to request reset password but it says the email address doesn't exist. Tried to sign up again but it says the email already exists. Please can you help, I've also lost all my points now I can't use the app, what do I do ?
I've had this app for years never really had a problem until now. It loads up and says oops something went wrong please try again. I'm very disappointed as I had built up more than £20 .
