The menus scrolling is too much sensitive. Sometimes you struggle to find your choice just because with a single touch the menu scroll all the way up or down. Storms super annoying. But it is a good game, I am still playing.
After playing this game to Level 67 and WITHOUT spending a dollar on the game, we feel the game is only made to guzzle money out of you. While the presentation is decent, there is no true value in purchasing coins or items. Sure, it is an enjoyable game; however, after you purchase any item (with in game money), you will quickly recognize that there is no point to buy any item distinct from one or the other. Repetitive animations.
Lovely town building game. Love the fact that adverts only show when you wanna speed things up and the game gives you option when to see it. It's more pleasing this way. The adverts don't hinder progress at all.
Somewhere in here there's the glimmer of a fun game. Unfortunately, the wait times get sizable very quickly and, unlike almost every other world building game, you can't assign a minion to do a specific task over and over, meaning you are always having to ask them to gather wood or water or whatever. It's boring as hell and the frustration builds quickly. The round up is, it's designed to make you pay to speed things up. Fun is very much a secondary concern.
The necessity of coins for building is a bit much when considering there is no steady income of coins (no tax). Why is there no queue in building? What is with all the lightning? It's absurd! Every day i log on to a weather condition that has knocked out 2-3 buildings and require HOURS of repair for a structure that took 50 min to build. It slows the game needlessly.
Game has potential to be fun,and I like the weather system. However, it is so hard to play the game when every single time I login, within minutes a weather event happens wrecking 2 or more buildings. This is incredibly annoying and will likely be the reason I uninstall this game
I played for a week or so but the building times are too long, same with adverts... Anyway, good concept but TheBonfire2 is free to play and very similar.
Nice design and idea in general but this must be the most frustrating game ever. The weather is so fuc*** bad that it is imposible to advance so you basically repair stuff over and over again but it is somehow interesting and quite realistic in some features.
A true time sink like all the rest however a well structured and thought out system of play, gorgeous visuals, and so far an interesting story beginning to be told. Considering how much cash I have invested ($0.00) the return is above standard.
I liked the game at first but I didn't like how all the settlers were men and also the store house got full so fast it was annoying. I had tons of coins but it was impossible to keep up with enough parts to keep the store house updated along with other updates.
It would be a decent game. Needing coins to build a chicken coop is kind of stupid. Having coins and dollars in this style game kind of ruins it. 16 hours to upgrade your house, 6 hours to chop down a tree.. seriously? I deleted the game
Seems decent so far storms are a little brutal looks like I'm going to need some more space before long.. Although I havnt cleared much of the forest out to expand yet but I was hoping to keep some for aesthetic perposes good game I looking forward to see what else I can do with my "village"
Was enjoying it however the tasks take way too long and and the requirement for coins is way too much.. Then all of my workers got stuck because the store house was full and it couldn't use them anymore and there was no way to upgrade the the store house until several Paul Lovell's later.
Enjoyed it at first, but the length of time it takes to do tasks get to be half a day by level 10. Also, storms... If I start making something at the workshop, a storm will knock it out until I can repair (hours) making it pointless to try to process. I feel like it's got a lot of potential, but I've quite frankly lost interest in the game. I'm spending more time waiting for things than playing.
The game isn't terrible, but the goddamn storms destroy everything. And for your convenience, they tend to destroy the structure you are currently using so that you have to wait several hours for the damn thing to be fixed. That way you log on to play the game and then 3 minutes later log off.... the game is slow moving enough to begin with. The storms need gone.
It storms every time I open the app, which means I have to start repairs. so I get people doing what I can and close the app to wait for repairs. I'm stuck because I can't keep the dam buildings repaired long enough to actually craft anything. So it's just been a loop of repairing buildings endlessly. I can't do anything and I'm still like level 5, this game is some serious nonsense.
Super slow progress-- as in days to move through basic parts of the game. Obviously intended to make you spend money to be able to play it for more than a few minutes a day. The translations need work. The HUD is horrible. There is hardly any vital information. The scrolling is glitched. Tedious at best. Nice graphics for the landscape though.
Needs more details looks like a melted minecraft game definitely fun for children 15 to 1 really boring lacks creativity put the 0 In the 0 and the x in the x more simple than simple ed
Fun little time burner, love that there's a premium currency that you can earn. Instantly better than most games similar to it.
Game is great, but it seems like everything takes way too long to do. The trading takes like 3-4 days if you give them a 6-7 person crew. The upgrades are taking longer and longer which I understand but I feel like it would be more reasonable if we kept everything under a 24 hour timeframe you know? The building of stuff is perfect timing. The resource gathering is great as well. Cutting down of trees takes a little longer time then I'd like. But as I said before as long as it's less then 24 hr.
This game meets or exceeds every hope I had when downloading! After a LOT of disappointment with this site in general and most game experiences so far, I admit to being pleasantly surprised that this game delivered as promised and continues to do so without fail! Again, I LOVE THIS GAME! Laugh at me all you wish, I won't even notice because I'll be lost in Eden...!
It's been a fun game. I've gotten several hours of entertainment out of it. The only reason it's not a five star is because at about level 38 it only lets you play for a minute or so before "random" weather damage takes out specifically the buildings you need to do anything. I've got like 1/4th the playtime in that I used too because of this, and I'll probably be calling it a win at level 40.
A really nice relaxing game with a relaxed pace. No annoying ads unless you choose to watch, no pressure, and no need to pay to win. Takes patience to enjoy it to the full and see the games full potential. Lovely graphics in block style, and I love the season and weather changes.
Great start. Game looks great. But 90% of the game is "collect wood" over and over. Everything needs it, and you will need to manually collect it dozens of times a day to produce basically anything. Also, constant storms mean half your people are in a constant loop of building repairs. Overall it was worth a look, but the gameplay gets old and repetitive really quickly.
Super buggy. It constantly freezes and crashes, I can rarely play more than 2 minutes without it freezing. It seems interesting, and I'd definitely be interested in playing it if you fixed that. (I'm on the latest update of the game, and I'm playing on a Galaxy S10+, so it's not a device issue). Also, if you're listening to music, the game pauses it when it is launched. Since you might have to restart the game 4 times in 5 minutes, this gets annoying quick.
It's a pay to win. It's a pretty setup, fun for a few hours type of thing. You can put a ton of thought and effort into it and they trash your new buildings with storms. Not one or two a day, but maybe one an hour if not more. I spent all day trying to get some stuff up and running just to have it obliterated 20m later. But you can buy coins with real money to speed up the repairs! They're obviously buffing gameplay time and hoping to open wallets. Shame too since its otherwise a good game
I would like to give this game the grade it deserves: it plays well, has an understandable interface, and the graphics are top notch. However, I am unsure if it is due to an update because my phone is set to auto update games, but in the last few days it has been freezing regularly on me. I close the app and restart it completely and within 30 seconds of playing it freezes again. I never previously had this issue. I hope the issue can be patched because this is definitely a 5 star game!
The "survive seasons" achievement doesn't seem to work, as well as the seasons survived counter in the campfire. Sometimes if you get an alert before opening a building's menu, tapping the menu will tap through it, on the alert, and move you to another building. The settlers can also get stuck on the decor while going to the beach, either boat, or one of the trees you have to clear that is inside a giant boulder.
