This application offers you the solution: You can lighten up your edge display each time a notification from a social app pops up.
This app uses the proximity sensor. The light notification will pop up only when the phone is faced down, like the default function.
What we offer:
* Animation selection: You can choose from a varied palette of animations and set the one you like the most.
* Edge Width: Modify the edge screen width so your notification will be brighter or darker.
* Animation time: You can also select how much time your customized animation will last in a range between 5 and 5 seconds.
* Color Effects: Choose what color you want for each app. Bring color and motion
* you will have the possibility to chose from all the installed apps which one to give you Edge Lighting notifications.
* Face-up animation : Animation can be allowed to start when phone is face-up.
* Animation speed: Choose the speed of the animation.

Love it when it works. Not sure why its inconsistent. It will light up when an email comes in. Then when another one comes in 10 minutes later, it doesn't. I have no idea why it works sometimes but not always. It can't be the gmail settings because it does work sometimes.
The app works one time but crashes before it can even finish the "animation." And yes, I restarted my phone after installing the app. I even restarted my phone after the first, second, and third times the app crashed.
Used the lite version on Galaxy S8 and it worked OK. Wanted to customise the apps so got paid version but it doesn't work. Checked all the settings but still not working. A refund is required.
DON'T USE OR BUY THIS APP!!!...I paid for the app but doesn't work in my note 10+ & worked only partially in my old note 8 but most of the time it didn't work at all, why have this app & it doesn't work, fix & update the app & problems, why ask people to pay for the app if it doesn't work, what a ripped off, subscriber beware, GET RID OF THIS APP!!!! WASTED MY MONEY....I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
Bought this? and it does not working!!!, contacted support-No Reply Hoped it worked since for some reason the default edge lighting on my S9+ isnt working Thanks Alot Developer i paid for this and it doesnt work and you wont even reply or respond??? Wonder can i get a refund???
The app was working great but I have had the same experience as everyone else. The app has stopped working completely!!!! not impressed as I paid for the app!
The latest version of this app continues to stop working on my Samsung S7 Edge. Please advise when this will be fixed. I will update the rating once the app is fixed.
Worked great for about 10 minutes then out stopped. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and nothing. I requested a refund.

It's ok but , you need to reopen the app in order for the notification features to pop up , otherwise you will get no notification features from this app

Notifications disappearing from notification bar. If I don't hear the notification I miss it since it disappears from notification bar, they use to stay in notification bar until I cleared them.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! Worked for a while now it doesn't. I have done all the normal troubleshooting. Will reach out to developers and change if their intervention makes a difference. Update: reached out via feedback and email. No response. I need to find out how to get a refund. I used the lite version first before purchasing and the pro version doesn't work properly. You are thieves!
