UX for navigation and UI with adding items to shopping cart leave a lot to be desired. Spending 30 dollars on dipped strawberries you'd think investments in improving shopping experience on mobile (m.dot) site and dedicated app would make it easy to add products to my shopping cart. the whole checkout flow needs to be reworked, for instance dont force a user to go through entire shipping process before they're done adding items to shopping cart. think Amazon.
-Site navigation and filters work great. More are available on the app than Windows Browser. -Pay via Paypal crashes app. -User Cart doesn't transfer from app to desktop (same user)
Everything is out of stock or sold out, but you can only find out after filling all delivery info. Tedious, unnecessary, and very annoying. Out of stock info can't be shown while making the product selection? Very suspect to me. This is just my opinion. I'm done with this app
App sux, error message twice, and got charged both times with no order confirmation. Zero stars for your lousy job, had to make two trips to the place to get this sorted out.
I could not sign in after finding what I wanted, writing the message, giving the name and address. I have been using the same password for all my other orders but it would not take it. I had to give the order by phone and there were so many errors including wrong spelling of my name and recipients name in addition to 5 message errors.. I called to tell them and they were busy and said they would call back but did not. The person had been extremely helpful and accommodating and I had already calle
Eddie was the driver that delivered to my friend way on a different coast! She had just experienced 2 back to back losses and really needed to be surprised with this. She didn't answer at first. Eddie literally called and tried to work out so many options to get this to her without even knowing how he was making a difference! He is amazing and went well above and beyond I am so thankful for him!!!!!!!
Delivery service and ordering online GREAT! THE STORE ON BAYOU. PENSACOLA FL. Not I good. The store front is old. The cards with BOGO smoothies on it. Expired in 2018. Yeah!! We asked for samples. We were Rudely told NO. Every answer was Rude. The merchandise looked plastic. Just awful experience. We were told the owners lived in Kentucky.🤔😂
Never gave an opportunity to enter coupons or redeem free rewards. I was just overcharged $20 and didn't get my free birthday gift. I would have to enter a whole new order to redeem my "free" gift, now. Limits searching ability and is difficult to order more than 1 item in a total order.
PayPal breaks during purchase. There is a error screen that pops up after attempting to complete the transaction.
I never recieved my Birthday reward. Last year I downloaded the app and joined the rewards but did not get the Birthday reward as it was after the first day of my Birthday month. This year I was excited to recieve it May 7th but again not any Birthday reward and no way to contact anyone about this...
The app is very flaky. I ordered something and the app kept freezing. Eventually I got a confirmation from PayPal, but never got a confirmation from Edible. Then I go back to the app and it says my order is still in my cart. So I have no clue if this was placed or not. I will have to call the store tomorrow AM.
This business is more to accommodating the customer in the order and top dollar value. They will overload their business by not having a margin on their orders topped off. If this occurs, they will transfer your order to a distant store, not of your choice, cancel your store preference. Allowing your order at the non preferred store. Your orders will delivered whenever, this can happen on any occasional day, week or month, especially seasonal work.
app is fine but my experience wasn't good at all. I went to pick up 45 munites after but my order still wasn't ready so I actually picked up my order after one hour the pick up time and they didn't put in my bag all of my order so I've seen poor business representative and hospitality.
No window for delivery is given when order is placed, so pretty hard to arrange a surprise delivery for a birthday. No text updates given, and drivers are extremely rude. Will leave food items outside if recipient is not home.
Horrible! I'm in Georgia. Instead of a store nearby, they ran out through Louisville, Kentucky. They transposed the address, it didn't make it on time. In fact, as of this penning, it still hasn't made it. I'm sure the fruit will be ruined, by the time and of it ever arrives!
Had a great experience for Mother's Day but I sent to my daughter in-law a basket I was very very happy everything was fresh it was wonderful I will definitely use them again
My experience with the store in Tacoma on 72nd street is wonderful. They listened to me and always make things right for me. The employees are so nice it is so pleasant that it is enjoyable coming in every Tuesday to pick up a order for myself and some amazing kids I work with. Justin and Carlton take the time to make sure all is perfect. This is a business that is a cut above any food establishment I have ever been to. The mobile site didn't work. The app sucked, & I ended up 3x ordering my arrangement, as the first 2 orders didn't give me a confirmation order. The order went in at 12:30 and I called at 4, still not fulfilled. Actually they were waiting to tell me but no one reached out. The rep at the store told me the order couldn't go out same day by the time they told me. She did decide to upgrade the fruit bouquet. Then put me on hold for 15 min. Then called cause they thought I hung up...
Product is great, my big problem is that I ordered an edible for my wife as a surprise, but you guys called and ruined the surprise. I mean come on now, this is poor planning and thinking. I'm in a different country and tried to do so.ething nice but the one person that knew about it went and ruined it. Very disappointed in this store.
I'm deleting this today. The prices on the app are higher than what is posted on the Edible Arrangements website and it's annoying that delivery is a standard $14.99 fee where online it's often free.
Actually works, unlike their website, which I have been unable to log into for the past year. If it weren't for this App I'd have given up on EA by now.
Easy to use app. Previous orders are stored correctly and it's simple to make adjustments.
I didn't appreciate the experience. I feel robbed financially and my gf got robbed from her happiest experience she needs for her bday. Different stores carried some gifts other stores didn't but it said they were in stock. I got a call saying they don't have it so to pick somethingelse or remove it. My order was cancelled prior to this because my bank info and address info didn't match I've never had that problem till now. People just don't want to work this could've been solved differently
would be nice to get notified when you have rewards waiting for you from all the orders you've placed...instead they expire on you without any notice.... I count 8 so far.
I never ordered edible Arrangements but other entities have had some delivered to me many times throughout the years. they are ordered for you personally to your tasting, i get sad alot when i see them cause they were made to be eaten after a while my thoughts changed cause they were made to order just for me. there delicious but sometimes you just have to close your eyes while bitting into them and thank your Lord for the meal that you recieved
Died during checkoit without letting me select a store, or acknowledging my transaction. PayPal sent email this app nothing. Have no idea if it really went through or not

The app is simple to navigate. However the PayPal function does not work properly. I tried to place an order twice. And both times I received a timed out error message. Then I was charged twice with no order confirmation... I logged out and logged back in thinking it may have been a glitch or something. Low and behold, nope!!! Now order history, no email confirmation. Just nothing at all.. I logged into my bank app and was charged twice!!!!! You guys definitely need to fix that asap...
