very poorly made android app. I had no issues while I was using iOS, now, on android P, the app never loads.. it always goes to black screen.
App won't load. Stays on open screen indefinitely.
Worse app!! Crashes my phone 100% of the time!

Have LG G5 and this app takes so long to load, that is if it does load. Was recommended that I take a receipt after not working... Now I have a wallet full. Something has to give.
Works with Android pie now ...
It's horrible... I have a Samsung S7 and at best it reads the Wi-Fi transmitters 10% to 20% of the time and have to hand my phone to the cashier to manually enter the code. Seems to work ok for iPhones though, but with half the people using non iPhones this causes slow service and long lines at the cashier.
Lots of work to do. The connection is terrible in the Cafe so this app gets jammed up. Should be able to work offline since lunch rewards aren't that time sensitive. I feel bad to hold up the line so half the time don't get my punches. Also I have to load the app 2x everyday because it crashes on the first attempt. Finally, the in-app feedback doesn't recognize backspace?
When you send feedback, my Nexus 6 phone running Android 6.0.1 doesn't see the cursor, nor can I select text to cut/paste/edit. Like a typewriter, what I see is stuck unless I backspace and delete everything. I cannot use a standard editing window to fix my wording if i change my mind, without backing up and deleting everything . That is odd. Currently not sure how it links with my Lowe's ZipThrough cashless points either.
Keeps freezing all the time I try to use it. Same behavior on Wi-Fi as well as data connection. Would not recommend.

Friday the app did something weird and took a double check in. Monday it would not work and my check ins have disappeared. How can I get them back?
Easy to use and I appreciate having the daily features pushed to me!
Rewards do not show up and neither did get any response after submitting feedback
It is not clear what rewards are available, or what goals to aim for (e.g., what can I do with lifetime points?). There isn't a reward store to see. Also, it takes too long to check-in. This is especially important when the cashiers are extremely busy during lunch peak hour. Will change rating when app is improved.

This app is beyond disappointing. I shouldn't need to hand my phone to the cashier so she can type a "secret" code to check in. Who knows what is on her hands—which is now on my phone? And what if she drops my phone? Several times, she had wet hands while handling my phone. Not cool. The app should not require this under any circumstances. It's not difficult to implement a QR code check-in system. This is lazy, shoddy software design at its worst.
