In the complaints EDMC staff close or put false status of resolved the complaint there shud b some strong features or the complainant's report on same. PROPERTY TAX page is not working properly... in the date column its not filling n incomplete forms cannot b submitted. There should be complaint column. Also get some solution of hand written receipt should b available. As EDMC staff is very busy over the years n still not update the records even manually.
Worst app. It stopped working frequently. And sometimes just a blank white screen and then it goes off.
Just downloaded the app and tried to register my self but not able to do so... Application is just showing "registration process is in progress" but not able to register my self. Can you please look into this and resolve this issue ASAP?
The worst app which I ever used No action is taken for a very long time. I registered a complaint in September but till today that is 13 Oct neither any action is taken nor any reply has come.
App is a complete waste of goverment money. I registered a complain regarding the garbage dump to be picked up on 20 december 2020 bt no action has been taken yet till 30 dec 2020.I think the complain are auto assigned but no one is looking after those issues.
Cant even register and login thats the user interface of this app . Cant even imagine that's the standard of govt official app in todays world.

worst app as equal their website. property tax filing website is not working from months and same story in app. how come you have such dumb developers doesn't know how to fix issues
Useless app no features no service of anything.. Can't do anything... Its June 2020... These government developers cant create an useful app... Its also a kind of corruption... Just didi the formality and making citizens of India fool...

not opening after updare, which kind of update is this.
No one bothers for ur complaint on this App. In the complaints EDMC staff close or put false status of resolved the complaints. When you put/update comments on the complain, App does not allow. No Disciplinary action on updation of false status by EDMC Staff.

App is fine and working Okay but officials of EDMC are useless. They pass the issues to each other. EDMC Has wasted people's hard earn money a waste. EDMC officials are itself useless. Lodged so many complaints but no action taken yet.
i would have reviwed in minus.. what is the point to make app if official dont want to work for the complaints .. have complainted in app.. ;have give writen complaint to edmc commission to anti corrouption edmc ; to dm east delhi... unauthorised construction is fully active inspite of complaints with in under nose of officers who take bribe to unsee the complaints.. shame on authorities.. waste of goverment money and people taxes to make this app..
Mcd officials themselves lodge complaints and show them as resolved few days later, if some genuine citizen lodges complaint nothing is done, this department is one of the most corrupt in India and may be world

This app stops off and on. Kindly fix this problem urgently. Today, 21 May 2020, I have given my feedback to Google Services about this app whuch keeps on stopping again and again.
