App works well, city doesnt. I've put in a few legitimate issues, and not hard to fix issues either, and they just get closed with nothing done. I'm all for citizens reporting issues, saves paying someone to drive around and look, but there is nothing ever done. Probably will give the app the boot.
App is fine really but the City of Edmonton doesn't actually do a damn thing with the info you send them so what's the point? After 8+ requests none of them have been addressed, more than half haven't even been looked at. Uninstalling.
does the basics but it takes forever to upload info. the loading wheel just keeps turning and turning and turning forever. city wants us to report potholes but the app is terrible at reporting
Pretty useless. The app makes you choose an "issue" from their menu. And if yours isn't on their menu... I'm thinking this isn't going to be much good for it's intended purpose.
App barely works and freezes constantly. Lots of stuff missing to report. City barely ever actually addresses complaints nor do they go into detail on app about how complaint was addessed forcing you to call 311 anyway. Pathetic.
Reports for flooded and impassable trails will be promptly ignored. Don't forget to wear your rubber boots if you're going for a walk on the bike trails.
Interface is ok, but limited in what 311 issues you can report. Seems mostly for roads, waste, and parks issues. Nothing for rec centres, budget, projects, construction, or anything else
An absolutely terrible app. Shame on the city for wasting taxpayers $$$ on this. Canyon even submit anything, just keeps cycling...loading, loading. Worthless. Same as the cities transit system.
Request put through this app doesnt appears to be monitored by city. Automatically changes to closed status right away with no action. Waste of phone resources. I am uninstalling it
I've found this app to be a waste of time. Filed several tickets for various reasons and never once reached any conclusions. They just get closed while passing the buck
Good app, easy to send in requests. However every time the app updates, it wipes out the Reporter's information and "My Requests" so now I can't follow up on previously submitted requests.
would be really good if they fixed the reported issue rather than the manholes. potholes. app address locator is difficult to input the area of concern. would be nice if it seemed like someone was actually reading the reported issue.
Premise is good, however cannot start app. Crashes upon application load on S6 with Android 7, so no apparent backwards compatibility
constantly refuses to allow me to put in my complaints and im left having to forget it or call in and get frustrated with phone support sticking to a script that doesn't always help
4 times I submitted complaint & did mentioned come day time to check as people park from morning to 5pm but it's a restricted parking area for 2 hours. Always write vehicle gone around 7-8pm even though you submit complain early morning & do mention park till 5pm . There's no point coming after that or at least come next day, day time to check. I have uninstalled it now.
Issues aren't addressed and closed, between this and the new waste management system this city is going downhill faster and faster

its absolute junk changes the address on it as well as they delete them even tho it wasn't a repeat request like come on
App worked however city of Edmonton never responds or actions the request in any manner. App now deleted as there is no point reporting anything.
No use reporting stuff the response time is way to long to get any results .just another waste of city funds.

Decent interface, excellent city response I have used the app for a few years now. Some of the categorizations offered could be better but when I have reported an issue I have consistently been really happy with the attention it has received from city staff. If what you report is in their jurisdiction and is a valid concern they actually go fix it. Having this app on my phone makes me feel like a secret superhero, with the ability to save the city from harm one tiny report at a time 😄
