Journal (Home Page)
it lets you see all your notes, tasks, to-do lists and events organized by day.
Here you can plan anything you need to do, from a trip to a project, or you can simply track your activities or use it as a bullet journal (unfinished tasks could be moved automatically to the next day).
Floating tasks
Collect here everything that doesn't fit into a specific topic or doesn't have a due date yet.
Projects
Here you can combine and organize different contents such as to-do lists, due dates, notes, documents, images, pdf and much more.
A project named "Trip to Japan" could collect things to do, places to visit, scheduled activities, tickets, reservations codes, directions, maps, thoughts and photos, links, all in one place.
Notes
Capture and organize here simple meeting notes, class notes, homework, ideas and much more. You can color code notes as well as attach documents and images to them.
Each Note can be linked to a specific day of our calendar and organized in collections (e.g. favorite book passages and quotes, recipes etc.)
To-Do List
Create checklists with descriptions and attachments. It's easy to write down a grocery list, a reading list, a wish list, you name it. Each To-Do List can be linked to a specific day in your planner and organized in collections e.g. work, personal and so on.
All the contents are backed up and synchronized in real time on each of your devices.

The desktop version, while not perfect, is much better for me than Google Calendars. It would have been awesome to have it translate to the app to access it at any time, but the app honestly stinks. It's cramped and many of my events show the correct date, but populate under the wrong day in the calendar view. I hope they keep working on it and inproving it. There is a lot of potential!
This is the first and only app ever that is able to completely replace my bullet journal. You can split everything into categories based on the kind of note you are taking (tasks from a project, event, notes, floating tasks that don't belong anywhere else, etc). After that, whenever you need to see something specific (either a day or a project, for instance), you can just see that overview and everything that was once split now is back together in the way that you want! In addition to that, I've already sent two e-mails to the developers and both have been kindly and quickly replied. I'm in love with the app and can't think of any similar app, especially because this one is the only which mixes task management, calendar and note-taking.
I'm loving the UI, its real simple but packs a lot of features. I can imagine to the business folks with many meetings and alike the subscription price / model would be justifiable, but for me, the guy who just wants to remember a few things during the week, it's a bit too expensive. Ill continue to use this app most likely, but just the free features.
This is an exceptional app. I've tested over 50 similar apps to choose 'The One' and I tell you with full confidence that Edo Agenda has absolutely nailed it. The only issue with this app that I really hope will sort itself out in the the next update is the widgets. The Journal widget doesn't work and keeps giving an error message which closes down the app. Also the Todo widget doesnt update immediately upon adding/changing a task which is a shame. Other than that, great job guys.
Decent so far but just doesn't compete with my current calendar app. 5 stars for the UI it's very nice to look at. However, I wouldn't be willing to pay for this without major revamping to the widgets and I would prefer that tasks also sync with Google. Lack of subtasks and GDrive attachments is an issue for me as well. I'll definitely check back on this app in the future and see how it develops. Id also suggest an option for a one-time fee as all these app subscriptions can really add up.
Update: Received an email promptly after I sent feedback saying that the next update would address the issue. Very happy to see it has, and very excited to see the future progress of this app. Original: It has a very nice look but is a bit buggy. Specifically when inputting the occurrences for a task. Rather than following the set dates, the task appears on the previous day and repeats on odd dates thereafter. For the time being I set my task as an event and sent feedback.
Absolutely the best planner app. One feature missing though is e-mail. Many apps do the job very easily but having everything in one place instead of moving from one app to another is really a timesaver and seemless integration works incredibly well. Though thought for individual use rather than team cooperation, it has the best features combined you can find out there. I really want to see e-mail and team chat in this app one day. It is by far the most promising solution for a clean company.
This app has so much potential, but sadly there is a major bug. Wherein, the tasks you add or remove do not get updated more often than not. I spend a good 15-20 minutes planning put my day, adding tasks. Only to find sometime later that the tasks have disappeared. It's too frustrating to have this happen every other day, despite having paid for the subscription. Not worth it.
Easily my favorite productivity app - it's replaced Google Calendar, Keep, and Task! Being able to add tasks and notes onto my calendar is so useful - it feels like using a regular planner where I can jot some quick notes down for the day, or write them in the back for long term use. The app is apparently in beta but I really can't tell because it runs amazingly - plus there's a web app so you can use your agenda on the computer (the UI on the web app is a lil clunky but this isn't a review for that- plus, beta). One thing I would note is that the app is technically free but a lot of the "premium features" are kinda necessities BUT this app is basically just the price of buying a really good paper planner each year + you get a 60 day free trail which is more than long enough to figure out if this works for you or not. The last thing that really sold me was when I sent feedback about some features I'd like to see and got a human response letting me know which things they were planning, which weren't possible, etc. so it sounds like they have a great team to go along with thing great app. Highly recommend giving this a try!
I have compared more than 10 "todo" applications. Edo agenda is the best. It is user friendly, has the possibility to attach a document. The layout is "clear and clean", provides a good overview. It helps me to organise my day, remind me of my tasks. Having said this, I would love to have the possibility to create sub-tasks. The IT is working on it. I am rating EDO agenda with 5 stars, because it is the best one in comparison to the others.
Overall, I love this app, it keeps me organized and creates a simple way to organize through a variety of features. But please update it! We are still waiting on all the future premium features! 😣 (the price is pretty great though). Other than that, things such as more themes and more wifi supported features would be greatly appreciated! Please fix bugs too! Nevertheless, one of the best apps of its kind. Edit: Please update it.
Awesome apps! I've been looking for agenda apps which combines task, event, & notes with clean and organized view and this apps has them all. Also loving the floating task feature because I tend to have a lot of things to do but don't really want to set the date until I really want to do it. A few suggestions though: 1. Would love if the event and task in Journal view are sorted by the time. Right now it looks like it's sorted by the type (event first, then task) I would love to have them mixed, it gives a sense of timeline for what I need to do in a day. 2. Just like other people, I wish for a premium package with no subscription, just a one time payment.
I wasn't expecting much of it, so I'm quite impressed with all the funcionalities. I can actually do everything in it and I had, like, 4 apps to do all the things I can do with this one. I usually change my agenda apps every two or three months, bc of the limitations (or they don't sync with my calendars, or I can't use them to take notes, etc), and this one is also neat, pretty and easy to use. Congrats, really.
It is the best app! I've been using it for about 2 years now, the design is very intuitive, you can add tasks pretty fast, there are calendar/week/journal views in the app and also on the widgets, which makes it super comfortable. If you are a task oriented person, who likes the option to pin these tasks to days, this app is perfect:)
Lowered to one star. This app is more work than it saves. Reorganising tasks in a single day is no longer possible, it glitches and shuffles them all to the point I give up. The app randomly logs me out. When I select a day and type a task and enter, its not there. I'll be deleting it shortly once I write out all the tasks I still have in the app. Not a good experience, can not recommend
The most comprehensive planner I've ever used. From daily to-do lists to month-long projects, this app handles everything. Plus, it's the details like being able to add tables to your daily notes that makes it absolutely perfect. I'm reserving one star only for the lack of themes and the inability to create subtasks in an otherwise perfect app.
I am in LOVE with this app. It is exactly what I need. But it keeps on adding multiple tasks then will not let me delete them. I am unable to add an event when not on wifi. And sometime it will not add a task or event at all. Or I can see the event on 1 device and not the other. Please fix these. I need to beable to rely on this app. Thank you!
Seems to have been bought out by Moleskine and the servers shut down without any notice. Currently have no access to my notes or anything. The hamburger menu is pretty cluttered and I personally feel that $25/yr is kind of steep for the current state of premium. I really like the agenda view and it's combination of events and tasks. I think the app layout is better than Any.do's layout/navigation.
An incredible app that has really saved my life! One single app for your notes, your calendar, your lists and so much more! so glad there is a web version and I hope there's a desktop version soon. The team was very prompt when I had an email query. I will most definitely be subscribing once my trial is over.
I love the UI and all and have actually subscribed to the monthly subscription, but there are bugs in the recurring tasks and the recurring tasks' reminders. I get 2 reminders for recurring tasks for some reason and when I click done and go back into the app, all instances of that reminder are ticked as done. It would be great if you could allow us to edit the reminder tone or at least be allowed to adjust the volume. Please fix ASAP!
Very beautiful app, not cluttered looking, and neatly keeps everything organized. I love that it pulls from my calendar so seamlessly, and setting up tasks is so easy to do too! The home page is best, shows a lineup of my day, any and all tasks for that day (that you can checkmark off right there!). This is EXACTLY what I've been searching for for a long while.
Love the app, the color, recurreces, even the sound alarm, but one thing that is been happening to me is that it changes the hour of a few tasks and stays like that even if I change the hour back. Im really thinking about the premium because it'a an amazing app, has everything, but that little bug, i will love that you guys look into it.
I have ADHD and lots of trouble keeping up with appointments and assignments. This app is amazing. I've been using it since the beginning of my junior year, and while there's no lack in bugs and glitches, the format is exactly what I need. I payed for a subscription pretty early on and haven't regretted it since. I highly reccommend this app
Best app on Play Store but keeps getting buggier and buggier. I have a feeling I will soon need to switch to a different one as it's getting hard to use it in a daily bases (continuously logged out, when creating an event keeps loading forever, if I deselect all calendar it still shows my Google calendar event, etc.)
Great concept and, for the most part, very well executed. I do have a complaint about the widget, which shows completed tasks constantly and does not allow for customization or refresh. Were it not for that little glitch, it would be 4 or 5 stars.
I've really loved this app until its most recent update. Now I'm experiencing a bug where if I click on a date I want to add an event to (i.e. the 25th) it will instead select the previous day (i.e. the 24th). I have restarted the app multiple times, and this has not changed. Additionally, the look of the app has changed, and the events are smaller, text is harder to see, and each box is more crowded.
