DON'T DO IT! Bought a room with "free cancellation". Needed to cancel, they took my request. 3 months and several contacts with their "customer service" by chat, email, phone and kept being told this was processing. "You will receive an email in 24-48 hours" Now being told that actually there was no free cancellation policy with the hotel. And they are keeping 100% of the room fee. Of course they were banking on it being past the date which I can dispute the charge with the credit card company.

I am enjoying the discounts, but the app has too many glitches. It fails to import trip details, and doesn't recognise voucher codes. Also crashes on the middle of some bookings and forces me to repeat the search - by this time they've often put up the price. The app also struggles to deal with my logins from different countries, doesn't seem to recognise I'm the same customer but simply using a card in a different currency.

Absolutely the worst customer service app I have ever experienced. The app and chatbot system is designed such that if you have a problem, it is very difficult to have it solved. I had a flight changed. And had to deal with the airline directly, after week of eDreams failing to correct it. They didn't even inform me of the change in the first place. Even after fixing it myself, the app still says I had a flight that doesn't even exist. Other reviews online warn against eDreams. Upsetting.

Extreamly bad experience. After waiting for a week without any update, and after several attemp to make a chat with the agent through the app, suddenly saying that I cannot proceed the booking since the bank cancel the payment. What kind of explanation is that when I called the bank, it is said the opposite that edreams actually that cannot finalize the transaction and send the receipt. So I was loosing times since the refund takes 2weekd, money since I need to book another. Just don't use this

I booked 5 plane tickets, my payment pushed through but the booking was cancelled. I still haven't gotten my money back, they don't even have a cs email or phone number for you to call in case you experience these types of issues, instead they redirect you to a chat bot that's useless.

Total waste of time. Do not use this service because they would cancel your booking at the last minute without letting you know. Booked a flight only to be told days later that booking was canceled because they weren't able to charge my card. Contacted bank and bank stated they haven't blocked any transaction from them and infact the transaction was still showing pending on my credit card. Do not use this service.

This rating is for this deceptive company rather than the App to warn others from booking with them. This company might as well remove their customer service department as they will not solve any issues. My booking was done half way though they charged the full amount. The phone service won't even take your call if your flight date is not immediate. Their chat service agents seem like bots as you get the same standard messages that someone is looking into the issue and they will get back in 72 hours. They wouldn't even tell you that the issue can't be resolved, so that you can make alternate plans. I lost a lot of time hoping the issue is resolved before booking the rest of my flights at a much higher price. Don't walk but run away from booking with them. They straight out steal your money.

They provide no number to contact them; instead, they forcr you to download their terrible app. Then, after you get the app, you find out you can no longer modify your trip online, but instead have to call... wait for it... a customer service number (finally provided). Very bad customer service and a scam company. They charged me and my wife 54.99€ for prime membership but we didn't sign up for one as we just booked a flight with them a long time ago. You can't even reach them as you need a reservation number else you are not accepted. They did this to everyone and they've been doing it since 2019, I found victims complaining about it in 2019. I totally recommend avoiding them.

WORST AGENCY EVER! FRAUD! I have changed my flight booking to another date and paid the charge accordingly, on the new flight date I found that the flight was cancelled because ticket was not issued, after calling them and waiting more than 1 hour on the line they tell me I have to pay more than 400 euros to issue the ticket(with no earlier communication) so I asked to cancel and refund. Ofcourse later after following up it was neither cancelled nor I can get a refund claiming I didn't show up!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SCAM Booked a flight, they never sent me a confirmation email, ONLY a "pending" email. 6 hrs later I read reviews and requested to cancel my flight (on their app it says free cancellation within 12 hours) and then I instantly get a confirmation email that my tickets are booked!! Had to cancel my credit card because they will not give refunds! AVOID.

Very bad experience. I tried canceling a flight and lost all my money worth of the ticket ($800 plus) despite having paid extra money to cover flex costs The chat box is useless. The agents are very rude and I accomodative. Would never escalate an urgent issue.

They force you to use trial premium account and then they take money for it with no notification! And no possibility to cancel it in the application. And of course no response about refunding money. Very unpleasant experience, be careful!

No phone number to call. They keep sending me these emails this is not even my right flight. I'm going through Alaska and they charged me $59+ for nothing. Also tried to charge me a lot more and Alaska airlines caught because they were calling and saying they were my son or brother to change my flight and get an extra hundred and some dollars from me. Never use these people again

Cancellation of prime subscription is made unnecessarily hard and is only possible via calling a chatbot operated Hotline in the UK without any confirmation whatsoever. In Facebook I was finally able to talk to a human chat partner who provided support to cancel the subscription and sending a confirmation e-mail. Additionally we had some issues at the airport on both ways based on our booking with eDreams. In my opinion this process is not ok!

Really good experience of using this app so far, with two trips booked. **UPDATED 8 months later** I am now waiting 8 months for a refund of one of these flights, which was cancelled by the airline and not by me. Very poor service and communication from eDreams. Star rating reduced from 5 to 3.

I had a ok experience first but then on my second one they charge me + $140 on my card but on my invoice and booking details it's the normal price without the +$140. I contact them twice by the phone and they couldn't to anything because was showing the normal price paid while on my card was showing more +$140. So I sended a email twice for the prime assistance and it's been a month with no answer. I thought was saving but in the end it was almost same than straight away in the airline's website

E dreams - Worst Customer experience I booked my ticket from Leh to Hyderabad. But didn't receive my e-ticket. When trying to take customer care help. There always was 40 min wait time. However, after waiting for 40 mins, when I asked the agent to check on my booking confirmation, first of all the agent was too slow to reply and later said that there are technical problems in my booking and they will get back to me. I never got any resolution. Seems like fraudsters.

Booked several flights in Europe. Most have been confirmed and look fine. My flight from Vienna to Brussels was switched from Brussels to Vienna. Seems like an easy fix right? Well when contacting customer support, I first had to wait a good period of time. And then the representative was very unclear and unhelpful. To end the conversation I said "I will dispute any transactions that are not for the flight I purchased." The rep replied with a simple "No". Will never use e dreams again.

Experience was less than desirable. We found a good deal compared to the rest of the sites on a round trip ticket for my wife but nowhere in the printable itinerary did it tell us that we were actually booking five one way tickets. So my wife had to work with the airline counter people to get things arranged so she did not have to check in at each gate. The printable and tinaries were very vague, hard to read, and hard to print. Needless to say we immediately canceled the Prime Membership.

This company is a scam. My Prime member experience: Everytime I need to do something about my bookings I have to go through an awful ordeal because the website and app won't work properly and costumer support is always difficult as well. Just recently I have been denied a change of flight dates even though I have paid €140 extra for flexible dates. Costumer support said it was not their department and redirected me to a department that only works weekdays, resulting in a loss of over €400.

I am extremely frustrated! I have been charged twice for prime membership, I have been trying to contact someone to help but as I don't have a booking reference number I cannot get through to anyone! I am a single mother and cannot afford to lose €54.99 !!! The fact that there is absolutely no way to talk to an actual person without a booking reference is absolutely ridiculous! I have been trying everything to get through for hours now so this is my last resort!!! 😡😡😡

Booked and then in a few minutes my booking got cancelled. After that I was not able to book the flight with the airline or anywhere else because it kept saying flight is already booked, without receiving any true confirmation. I think they are just wanting to steal your creditcard info. DO NOT USE

I had given it a 4 star review, but after my last purchase when I bought a ticket from Bologna to Porto, eDreams on the app and via email kept telling me that I had a ticket from Porto to Bologna. I had a boarding pass from the airline for the correct flight, but when I spoke to an employee via the chat and told them of the error, she said I had to take it up with the airline. I'll never use eDreams again. There are much better alternatives.

Frustration for basic info and contact with costumer service. It looks like there is no human behind this company. There is no telephone number to contact. There is a robot on the chat that doesn't help me at all with booking change/update. I've paid extra money to not being charged if I wanted to change my flight dates but not only they have charged me (very fast) without contacting or sending any email. Now I'm struggling to contact someone but again no supervisor, no response for my mails...

Be aware & please avoid They trick you paying extra of flexi ticket you can cancel anytime or change date, no extra cost But it is all scam Why they exist!! When contact them, they tell you to contact the airline, they can't help you with anything, you speak to automated service that cut you in the end... You contact the airline their service is has nothing to do with eDreams, you still have to pay for change, almost 80% of your ticket cost lost! As well the hand luggage it is only 2 kg.

Update on my experience - worst outcome. Airline doesn't recognise my reference no so couldn't confirm a necessary change in flight dates, if the ticket was even valid in the first place. Decided to cut my losses (more than $300) and just book again directly with the airline. Can't get a refund for flight I've cancelled with eDreams. Also applied for a new bank card so they cannot take more money without permission in the future. Learned my lesson - never trusting an app like this again.

They are thugs. I bought a ticket of 350 GBP. It got cancelled by airline due to operational issue. The airline told me to either take a refund or book it at another time-free of cost. When I did it on their app, they charged me twice (without even taking permission from me) so instead of paying 350, I paid them 700 GBP). When I tried to contact them, there was nothing but robots. It's almost impossible to get in touch with a human. This company is a sham. Please avoid it all cost.

This company is a SCAM! I booked a flight using edreams. After a week or so my credit card was charged without my knowledge under 'edreams prime annual'. I had not signup for any of this suscription, have not leave any payment methods in app, yet i am charge ! No where in the app or any where can i find that i am a prime member too. Becareful when booking via edreams !!!

Worthless! I decided to use this frustrating, unhelpful app to book a flight. God forbid if you need to change something. I paid for the additional option to make a change, but I've been waiting 4 days for them to confirm my changes. It's impossible to contact customer service. Only a stupid chatbot tries to assist. You cannot get questions answered. They hide their phone number. A Google search finds 2 different numbers, but neither work. They are quick to grab your money, but not to help.
