Blank screen! Ive been using this app for 2 years now and all of a sudden it stops working. I havent used it in ages but thats not the point. Ive tried clear caches, data, force stopping it, uninstalling & reinstalling it. Nothing works. Please get back to me. I need it for school :/
All that application does is fetcing webcontent which you can browse from web browser, thus when hitting download ebook, you suggested to download application instead, nonsense. All UX is nonsense. Login and logout options at the same time. Verry buggy. Considering that this app is made for kids as storage for educational content, its very unprofessional and dangerous. Interface is identical to "mentor books" that is also impossible to use.
App not working, only shows a white screen. I tried force stopping it, reinstalling it but it's still not working. It would be great if you could fix it as soon as possible as many students want to use the e-book in schools due to coronavirus.
Never in my life have I ever seen an app as bad and as difficult to use as this one. And lets not even mention your website which looks like you haven't included anything new in the last 3 years. Your whole online service needs to be immproved, a lot!
This app is amazing for accessing most of my ebooks. (My school uses Gill and CJ Fallon for some books) This app allows you to download ebooks offline and allows you to search through the text of the book to quickly find what you are looking for. If you don't want to download them there's an option in the settings to always use the internet. One suggestion I have is to add dark theme support. Otherwise 5/5 app!
When ever I try to access the toolbar it doesn't work,I try to swipe up many times but it refuses to show me the toolbar, apart from that it is ok.
The app keeps saying that there is a connection error when I am connected to the internet. I can't log in and use my e-books. Please fix this quickly.
Stupid app doesn't work at all,never ending cycle after redeeming an ebook,I'm trying to redeem an ebook for school and after redeeming it I have to install the app,but I'm redeeming on your app,it's a never ending cycle,I tried redeeming it online and on my computer and laptop. Still it tells me to download this stupid app
Hi Can someone help me I downloaded the app and it worked and then a day later it's not working anymore. I can open the app but it's blank it won't show me anything I can see the menu bar but when I click on it it still stays white?
Works we'll does what it need to. Using it for 5th year, saves the weight of carrying it home. Only problem was it took 40 minutes to create account and download book cause kept saying insufficient storage space
Redeemed book and was working ok until one day it randomly disappeared. It says I own it in the website but when I go into the app it says I don't have access to it. Terrible app. Don't recommend.
This app downloads your ebooks without you even saying it. It downloads it and all the pages go to your picture gallery. That's terrible because that's a lot of space wasted on your phone
it works perfectly fine ,I have used this for a year and I can use it not only on my phone but my laptop which is great! Most people say that it says it is free but it actually isn't, that's not true when you buy a book that is from educate.ie it has a free code which you could leave your book at home and use the ebook instead which is so helpful as some people like myself walk to school back home so my bag would be much lighter .I believe this app should get a rating of 5 stars !! 👍
This is the shittest app ever. I download the app and It keeps saying download our free app ON THE FREE APP! I'm first year so I think ebooks are very useful and I use so many different apps and this is by far the worst because it doesn't even work please make this app functional
Everything is blank, I've been using this app for over a year with no problems, but now everytime I log in it's blank. Absolutely disgraceful.
Another very poor app just like Gill explore. no logon screen option. looks like this app won't work with Android 8.1 and we have no choice
It does not work properly. Everytime I try to access my e-book it just shows the cover page and none of the other pages inside.
This app is really good now i dont have to look at my book all the time when im doing my homework although it is kinda bad because instead of downloading another app to check the reedeemed books there should just be a button for it
Just downloaded this app for school, it doesn't work and everytime I try to go into it, it's blank. Please fix this ASAP.
App is broken... completey blank. Menu is there but nothing works. Come on people...how can ye not tell the app is not working.
UPDATE: Works well now with the new update. If you've uninstalled it before because it didn't work, try installing it now.
I see everyone is having this problem now before school starts back but I can't access anything, no matter what I do theres just a white screen. Awful app
Horribly designed, I make an account then it asks my to make another and then another for no apparent reason. Then I redeem the code and it asks me download the app, I download it re-login and then I press download on the book and it tells me to download the app. I am on the app!! I've tried everything and it refuses to work
This is great I have no issues with it but ,you do need someone to explaine to you how to log in and remember not to use your school email!
Rubish is how id describe it its so confusing to navigate and i redeemed 4books on it and after i left the app they were gone and when i went to put the codes in again it didnt work

Used the app to view the digital version of my Home Economics book during the school lockdown, and it was great. It's been a few months since I used the app, and now that I need it again for 6th year it's not working. When I select an option on the menu the rest of the screen stays white. Where did my dugital home ec book go? I really don't want to be lugging around such a heavy book.
