Education First FCU Mobile

This app rarely works for me. Tells me that there's an error and give bank a call, then there are maybe a handful of times it actually works. It's very uncertain as to what my issue is, ive uninstalled, and reinstalled, but continues to do the same requardless. I usually end up giving up and using the actual web to look at my accounts. It works fine there. 🙂

Update: Dislikes--Don't like that I can't pay off my credit card because the interest isn't accounted for and I'm limited in how much I can transfer between my accounts. No issues. Can check balances and move money as needed. The additional steps to make an internal transfer are a little frustrating, having to answer a security question to move money from savings to checking or other is annoying. Makes sense for anything external or initial log in.

Since the May 31 update, this app often does not respond to the keyboard, then totally locks up. I have switched between Google Gboard, and the Microsoft keyboard without success. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted many times, and the app is inconsistant, failing to respond to the keyboard, then locking up. I have enabled all permissions, and the problem continues. Android 10

Keep getting an error message when opening the app, after several attempts it will finally open. Loan accounts do not have your interest rate, why not? Isn't it important to know your interest rate, and this would be a good way to look it up. The technical difficulties started 2 months ago. Before that I would've gave the app 4 stars, 5 if we can have access to all our loan information such as interest rates 12/30/20 Updated the app with the same annoying messages

Its a great app but if you want to use your finger print code automatically it gets tricky. For example, if the app doesnt recognize your finger scan the second time it will automatically disable the finger print.

I love the convenience of this mobile app and especially the fingerprint login. However, I have yet to have the mobile deposit to work for me! Even if it acts like it accepted my deposit, in two days it says fail which is very frustrating because I now live about 2 hours from the bank so I always end up having to find a share branch to make deposits. Would be a solid 5 stars if the mobile deposit would work for me!!

I love this app it makes my life so much easier when I'm done making a quick transfer in a hurry. I dont always come inside but when I do, the staff is always friendly, easy to work with and covers and all my needs. I am always very pleased with this app and the credit union as a whole. Thank you to the head of staff too, you contributing years of dedication to an excellent financial institution.

I love it! This app is easy, simple and convenient for me living a few towns away from home. EDU 1st FCU has been supportive and I've never wanted to switch.

I still cannot open this appt! (1/6/2020) Still no reply from developers, either, although, bank personnel have been trying to help me. Comments from 7/19: I cannot get it to open anymore (for a week now). Have reinstalled 7 times and do not see any updates. Please help. Emailed you all about this problem yesterday, with no reply yet.

Always an issue with accessing my accont. customer service reps are rude. I can't even sign up to access my account online or through the app. Banking with them has been a complete disaster since I opened my account! I'm likely going to switch banks!

Decent app, should show your balance after each transaction to verify that funds are either on hold or has transferred. Had a situation where I spent over $1000 and the transaction showed pending but wasn't released for over a month.

This app sucks. It was way better a few years before. Ever since they updated every so often it will kick you out and ask you for security questions you didn't set up then you have to call the bank just to reset it so you can check your balance.

Very convenient... when it works. The app often freezes on the login screen and does not allow you to type in account information to access funds and related information.

Easy to use. I feel secure when using it. It could provide more info to the user when considering or making transactions.

No proper customer handling experience (with the bank employee's) and lacking most of the banking options (can't transfer money , can only withdraw or use 1000$in a day,no international transaction).. No information is given if money is withdrawn from your account.

The app keeps stopping and I constantly have to keep uninstalling it and re-installing it. This is ridiculous. I have only been able to use it half the time I have had it installed.

Relatively easy to navigate. crashes an awful lot. let's me pay my bills and I can check balances quickly.

there are somethings I can't do, like update my address, but I love the fingerprint login. most of the time, mobile deposits work. it has to be really clear for mobile deposit.

Its very convenient app when it works properly. Lots of error messages especially on the weekends.

I really can't Express it!!! I just love it, it's so convenient and easy, when I first start using the app I thought it would be difficult I was afraid to even try, but I am so happy i try it,i am pleased with myself because I did tried it,and I am so happy that I did, I couldn't be more pleased with this app keep up the good work love you guys and be Blessed Joylena WILLIAMS

Love the app very easy to use. Makes keeping up with accounts, paying bills, and moving funds awesome without having to to the credit union thanks alot its greatly appreciated!!!!

It needs more.. Things such as: txt alerts, low balance alerts, and instant deposites that go through the same day.

Ok whenever I try to go into the app it just freezes on the login screen..this didn't happen a few years back it's not great

It's always great....but now I having trouble logging in and I get no help from customer service....and I was told that it was not on their end and give it a couple of days and it should clear up and it still has it !

Convenient app to use to make quicky and necessary transfers, check balances, and pay on loans. Hardly any negative issues.

Love this app!! Easy to keep up with my transactions, follow my spendings, transfer money and pay bills.

Use this app daily with great results. Occasionally has a temporary glitch but they always resolve it.

It has been there through hurricanes and floods. Very user friendly. Secure too!
