Great app. Makes my banking easy and convenient anywhere on the go. Update. If move from Maryland, get a new bank. I had no access to my money when trying to buy a house. Wire transfers are way too difficult with them. Called and they said they transferred my money to a bank I had access to in my new state. The money never showed on my day of closing. So disappointing. It should not be this hard to use your own money.
😡 This could not get any more difficult for someone who is not exactly tech savvy. I've been banking here since 1990. At the urging of a friend I downloaded the app expecting to do everything there, not having to go to Google and find out I have to go to a completely different spot to set up the app and then continue to have problems there! I don't have a computer, just a phone. Not senior citizen friendly at all! Glad I don't have these problems when I call. The app needs more instructions.
Updated 11/28/19: still! Cannot get past login screen. It loads the login screen but is frozen. The keyboard does not pop up to allow me to enter account number. I cannot open any of the other buttons on the screen. I am on the latest Android, latest version of the app. I tried uninstalling and re-installing. I can login just fine on desktop. But I can't even type in my account number on the app.
Alright I felt compelled to rate after the update with searching. The app is far better than the website at this point. The instant balance. Simple and intuitive design around performing tasks. It's clearly in active development and keeps getting better. Very good software. Congrats team.
It took several trials before being able to post my check, though each picture taken announced a successful take of the check. Otherwise feature is convenient and practical. Love it.
I've been a member for over 20 years now and I really do like this bank. This app is pretty good. The only complaint I have is that sometimes (randomly without reason). It'll tell me that it can't access me account or that I don't have one but it's available on the website. It also seems to be when I need to see my account quickly in an important situation so that's why that is a 4 star. But otherwise I have no issue with the app.
Not working with galaxy note 10+ Used to love this app but since getting my new phone the keyboard does not open when I touch the user name or password boxes so it has become useless. I'm back to checking my accounts through chrome which I hate doing. Please fix.
Occasionally, photographing a check can be difficult, but overall, the experience is smooth and consistent.
It gets the job done I can deposit my checks when ever I need to. I can transfer money or look at my balance when ever I want. But it could be a little more esthetically pleasing the app is so bland
It won't even open. I have even deleted and reinstalled this app and it is still crashing. It's been 3 weeks since it last worked
Mobile deposit used to go through very quickly(3-4 hours) but my last few checks have taken a while while my recent one hasn't gone through and I submitted it at least 30hours ago. Please fix this!
Nice simple format, easy to use. Great for viewing accounts, making transfers, and depositing checks
Mobile features are smooth and functional. Not clunky or buggy, like I would have imagined from a small banking app.
A good app that is pretty easy to use but since the last update the catagories do not fit on one line anymore. Not really a big deal tho.
User friendly but view is very basic. cannot see balance along with wirthdrawals on screen.

I am unable to see necessary details I need like payment amounts due and due dates. It is very basic and could use more/better features.
The app is convient when you wanna transfer money from accounts and pay bills.If i could set up a alert to my phone each time money was drawn i would rate it a 5 stars
Great app, but doesn't have many features. Would be nice to have Zelle for external transfers.
First timer, not a techie. Process of elimination to find mobile deposit, but still user friendly. I did it. Great!

Every account I have with my credit union can be accessed including bill pay. Very convenient while on the fly.
Easy to use. Able to handle basic banking such as internal transfers and check my account balances.

Well its who I bank with and I love the fact I can do everything with going in a branch is awesome to me but the updated version of this service is amazing and is the only reason I'm saying goodbye to this one🙋🏽♀️
It is simple to use. All of it's functions are self explanatory. Great app! The recent updates have taken what was already simple and have given it a sharper appearance and made it faster! One particular feature I do not use often but really like when I need to is mobile deposit. Going to the bank is not always convenient but using the check deposit feature in the app is very convenient! It is like having the bank in my phone. As stated above, it is simple to use and continues to be great!
