Doesn't even load up anymore. Cannot use the mobile app at all. I have the note 10+. Haven't been able to use this app in over 2 months. UPDATE: Just upgraded to the s22 ultra and still does not work!
We have had money transfer in and out and the bank states it was our fault. We changed our passwords several times. Replaced our debit card 3 times. We were never reimbursed the missing money because it was done via the app. We removed the app from the phone and still had money transferred. Basically we lost over $150 if not more. We changed banks. Any other bank would have done more research. This bank just said , change your password. Get a new card. Wow!
Constant crashes, constant maintennce but not much better working app after the so called maintence. The text notifications are a joke sometimes up to two days later with the notifications if at all. I also dont care for the credit union itself, i thought credit unions were suppose to be more helpful and understanding of peoples credit situation and finances but not ECU. If your looking for a better credit union to do business with go Texas plains federal or santa fe credit union..
It has been a great app until 2 or 3 weeks ago it quit letting me transfer money on my app so anytime I want to transfer I have to find a atm or go to the bank. Not a big deal but the feature made it really convenient and now all I can use it for is view my balance.
This app is the most convenient way to communicate with my bank from home. Education has been my bank since I was little and I have never experienced a problem here or on the app sure the maintenance at the end of the month is annoying but its necessary and needed. Thank you education for the work you put into helping my community and others as well 10/10 app.
Most of the time when I really need to use this app I get an error that my info is not available. That gets really frustrating when I am out shopping and need to transfer funds to my checking from savings immediately to pay for my purchases. This app is unreliable.
This app does not work half the time. It says authentication error. Its really frustrating it happens daily! **Update** Still needs to be fixed the authentication error and its really frustrating.
Constantly crashes, always logs me out and disables my finger print scanner everytime i use it. The app is garbage

It is awesome with instant notifications of changes no glitches or nothing straight to business and out going about your day. Very informative. Love it.
Its always not available to access "due to mantienece" at the most inconvenient times, including touch teller, etc.
The app is great but for the last six months I haven't been able to use my fingerprint login, I have tried to get assistance from the branch and nothing has worked.
Love this app! It is super accurate on balance info, even just after making a purchase. Makes paying my credit card super easy also.
It makes online bill paying so much easier and I am able to do transfers from one account to another to be almost instant I love this app!

This app makes my accounts available at all times. And all of the functions are easy to understand and to use. It's the best banking app that I have.

Love the bank but molie accout app tells me that it is lock and cant pull up info. Wish you would get it fix. I have called and unloaded and reloaded the app but still cant pull up any info.

App feels old, and several pages dont load correctly the first time or at all. No night mode, cringe backgrounds and nothing looks crisp or modern. Devs could learn something from Navy feds app. 2 years later, now the app takes 4 minutes to start after login. Thats way too long. App feels old, but the credit card website was updated and looks nicer.
