This is the hardest app to transfer funds to linked accounts I hate this app honestly cause it is so difficult but hey I guess I keep it to save money cause I give up in frustration.
Honestly great. Payments are quick and easy. Also the app and accounts are easy to understand/ access. I do wish they had accessibility to zelle to make transfers to other people easier but I'm sure there are reasons I don't know of that they wouldn't do this yet.
not ok when multiple times you cannot acces your account because the system is down. it is very annoying! a lady did help with an overdraft instance and it was appreciated.
I can do anything I need to on the app. I can make deposits and transfer money without ever having to go into the bank.

Recent updates have corrected many of the functionality errors. The app is still limited in usefulness.
App allows ease of account operations, balance, transactions, & important account notifications at my fingertips. Greatly pleased my credit union has this convenience.

Banking is banking to a certain extent. What really grinds my gears about ECU, is this: if you're traveling, you have to call them and tell them every single city you will be in, no matter how briefly. If you don't mention that you have a 20 minute layover in Denver, and decide to get a coffee using your debit card, you're out of luck my friend. The card won't work. This is a security measure I imagine, but to say it's a hassle is a huge understatement. God help you if you're on a roadtrip
