***UPDATE #2: It still will not allow me to sign in with my fingerprint! It says I can use fingerprint after successful login, but then never allows me to use it. Please fix! I like being notified immediately if my card is used, however, for the last month or so I haven't been able to log in using my fingerprint ID, it keeps making me type my password. Can this get fixed?
Now it denies recurring payments. I have had these recurring payments for years. I should not have to leave my card turned on 24/7. That defeats the purpose of the app. Also no place to set up a pin. All I see is change password and add fingerprint.
Love ECU hate the app. it locks you out even with the correct passcode. it takes several attempts with the same code to turn on your card, so make sure you work it out before getting on the "check out" line. I'm hoping they'll improve this app because I love the concept.
I've been unable to acess this app since June. I keep getting a message "Unable to connect to server". Why is this happening? This app use to work fine but now I can't cut my card back on. Very dissatisfied!
It has been great to control my cards from the app. I am notified immediately of charges. Offers great peace of mind if something happens to your debit/credit cards.
It used to work but now it's not connecting to the server. I uninstalled the app & then reinstalled it. Still not connecting. I'm disappointed. Is anyone working on this? I would like to be able to use the app again.
Very good app! The only problem is that sometimes the app isn't available due to service being down and this can cause a problem if needed at any given time.
This app consistently have problems and never can establish a connection for the past month why not just join the two apps and have them work as one
Love this, lose my card and not 100% sure where it is? Turn it off, need to make sure all charges are right? Check the app it's perfect
After setting up my username and password I wasnt able to log into my account. The other ECU app works much better.
Love this app but recently I have been getting 2 push notifications for each transaction. Can this please get fixed.
No matter how kany times i change my password the next time i go in it says my password is wrong. I now i tried to redownload and change my password and it says i cant. I give up with this app.

Definitely crashed every time I used it. Just use the basic banking app

Can't understand why you guys can't figure out the problem with this app of yours this is not the 1st time I've been locked out of my account cause your app forgets our passwords and then when we try to reset it doesn't allow us so now we're stuck with a locked card that we can't use!!!
