Educators CU Mobile Banking

This app keeps having errors for example to transfer from one account to the other, especially when needed now I will have to face a charge for the bank doing it. I have tried to transfer funds and it gives me an error, i have an auto payment coming out.

Zelle it's actually not official you can only send $100 a day because they don't have it associated with them. It's on there in the app it shows up but that's about it so if you can't send more than a hundred a day your bank or credit Union actually does not have this smh. Trying to send $500 can't. And the app still has glitches you can't click on anything cuz it always goes to the dashboard. Useless

The point of the update was to make me jump through hoops to get back into my account with all the verifications. Verify Im human , click some squares that match the picture , send me a 6 digit code and finally log back in. Wow ! Seriously Im thinking about switching banks if this continues.

Fits my needs. Has some accounting problems...math errors. They are happy to correct, but you have to keep an eye on your account.

The snapshot is just about the most convenient thing in the world. It literally turns an phone into an instant true-to-value digital wallet. The fingerprint login makes the other features offered by the app at an instant touch, if you have an ECU account and you don't have this app, you aren't living your best life and you should ponder that while it's downloading.

Never any bugs or issues, just a nice easy app overall. I do wish it had an option for facial recognition since that's what my phone uses (Pixel) but thats pretty inconsiquential. I also like that you can check your credit score whenever for free. Best "bank" I've banked with so far **EDIT** They added face recognition!! Thank you for actually listening to feedback!

works very well. pretty easy to use does hang up when I open it with a screen that shows my balance and gives me am option to log in with my finger print. Does not do anything when I tap it. I have to hit the x in the corner and put my log in 🆔 in then use finger print option. It is probably because I never sign out just let it auto out. They seem to have fixed this issue

Installed, signed up for the Quick access, with PIN number, and I absolutely love it!!! Took only minutes to set up. Late 2020, I installed the fingerprint access, and love it even more. Still trying to figure out how to get a text when my tenants make deposits, but overall I love this app.

The app won't load properly. I got locked out, then had to call to reset. Now I can't log in without putting in a password, and everytime I click on the app, it opens, closes, then gives me an error message. Go back to before the update. I would've given 5 stars.

I'm having a lot of trouble.with this app...it kept closing or wouldn't accept my password, etc. won't pick up the signal anywhere but next to my wifi... not useful!! .I uninstalled it --now I can't get it to install again. You need to work on this !!! I hope someone actually reads this and fixes it!! HELP!!!

Love the app, except, making transfers now is horrible, cannot enter transfer amount, tried several different ways, it always goes back to zero. UPDATE: they must have fixed the problem, it's now working ok.

An excruciatingly schizophrenic app that doesn't seem to understand the concept of why a login information even exists. It works for a while, and then it randomly refuses to log you in even as you're using the correct information. No error message, nothing. just back to the username page. Very disappointing. I'm on the verge of looking for another Credit Union.

Helpful app but they keep moving functions! Several times I've gone into the app to do something I've done before but been unable to find it in the place I was used to. I almost gave up trying to find flash cash remote deposit but found it in an entirely new place.

A bit glitchy. When it works it's awesome, when it doesn't it's frustrating and always at the wrong time. I've not been able to get in for 2 days, which annoys me as I live in FL and use shared branching in order to keep my account with ECU.

Does the basics from a financial app. It allowed me to link my banked back checking account when I first downloaded the app but then I had to remove it and reinstall it due to issues freezing up. After the first time it no longer recognizes my bank and now I can no longer link up the two. Irritated.

I have all kinds of problems with this app. It keeps making me sign in on my device even though I've added it I just skip it now I'm supposed to be able to push a 4 digit code to get into my account this doesn't work I am frustrated and tired of it. Online banking should make your banking easy not harder. I don't like this app at all!!!! It needs a ton of work. I love educators credit Union though.

Handy for a quick look and simple functions. The "Flash Cash" mobile deposit was very weak for a long time, completely unable to read company issued, completely legible checks, but might have improved. Big fan of ECU so expect them to fix this sometime.

I'm rating four stars only because of things that can't really be helped but still annoy me. No balance updating on Saturday and Sunday, and holding half of a check when using flash depositing really rankles me. As for the bank itself, I'll never use another one in my life. It literally is just fantastic. Edit. Five stars because it really is the best bank I've ever had.

Pretty good, does what a bank app needs. However, theres a glaring issue whenever I open the app, theres a good chance I'll spend 2-5 minutes on a blank screen waiting for it to load in. its not Terrible, just a common hindrance

This app is great when it's actually working, but over half the time it has bugs and glitches. It wont load or it just restarts automatically. It gets really frustrating

Does the job. It's slow to update which is annoying, so you still need to keep an idea of what's in your account. It does offer a lot of helpful tools though. Overall, better this app than no app.

User friendly, easy to use. Answers via messaging/chat are slow so, don't contact them that way if you have an important or urgent matter, but I recommend it for general inquiries that you can check whenever.
